The results are in! We are thrilled to be able to announce the winners of the Student Voice Awards 2025. Congratulations to all our winning properties and providers!
The student body has spoken, rating the best halls of residence and accommodation options around the UK. This year, we have winners in 37 cities in the UK from Aberdeen to York, showcasing the quality of student accommodation across the country.
How were the winners selected?#
To create these student accommodation rankings, we analysed a whopping 22,179 verified student reviews submitted on StudentCrowd. The winners were selected as they performed consistently the best in reviews over the last 12 months, across 7 different categories that students rated out of 5 stars. To be eligible for an award this year, a property must have received 10 reviews in the last 12 months. The property must be in a city with at least 5 eligible properties, in order for us to select winners.
These property awards cover all the most important factors when choosing student accommodation, and are the only awards based on 100% verified students studying at UK universities, with an ac.uk email address.

Aberdeen Accommodation Winners #
