I moved into enso in September and have enjoyed my stay here thoroughly, the facilities are second to none with an onsite gym. There is always staff on site including security overnight which has definitely made me feel safe, the social aspect is really good too!

Enso is conveniently located an eighteen-minute walk from the University of Essex and a fourteen-minute cycle from the University Centre Colchester, Colchester Institute. This brand-new accommodation is situated in the heart of the city meaning you have plenty to explore and enjoy.
There are a variety of communal spaces to enjoy including a games room, on-site gym, TV lounge and landscaped courtyard. When needing a quiet area to focus on classwork, you can make use of the study spaces and Wi-Fi. There are handy facilities such as secure bike storage and on-site laundry facilities. For your added benefit there is on-site management, on-site maintenance, secure access and 24/7 CCTV. You can have peace of mind knowing that there is free contents insurance and all-inclusive bills.
Residents have the option of staying in a self-contained studio or a cluster flat, which is ideal if you want to stay with friends. Each room has modern finishings and is equipped with all the essentials.

In a great location just a few minutes from Tesco and the university is accessible by walking or bus close by. The receptionist are super helpful and friendly and there is someone there everyday which is really rare for an accommodation. They also have good events for students as someone who has moved far away from home which has helped with socialising with other students.

I am a person who likes to have everything accessible from my accommodation and Enso was best suited for me. It’s brand new, it has car parking facility, best staffs who are friendly and kind, and the property is near to Tesco, rail station and food joint. It’s the perfect place one would prefer to have a fabulous stay in Colchester.

Perfect place for students. The staffs here are so friendly and welcoming, it always feels like home away from home. And the property is so secure and trustworthy and it’s brand new. It’s really hard to find a best student accommodation in Colchester and I’m so happy that I found Enso which provides the best I needed. One more best aspect of this property is its near to the rail station and it takes just 40 minutes to reach central London. If you are looking for a great property with all the above criteria then Enso is the apt one for you.

Good location near everything I could need. Very friendly staff that are always great to talk to and they are great at hosting events and keeping the place clean. Could maybe do with more private study spaces.

Wi-Fi can be slow, team at Enso are incredibly helpful

It’s been a very good social experience, staff is amazing and very attentive, looking to make my experience at enso the best possible! The overall environment is very cozy, happy and welcoming which is the best comparing to the weather! Good location, next to uni, Tesco, dominos, fighting club and 6 min walk from station that goes directly to London! Overall 8.5/10 experience

The managers are so lovely and i like that there is always staff on site. Been getting into the gym as well which is nice and its just lovely.
