Everything’s good, but auto lights and power turn off when leaving, I still don’t get used to it

The rooms are far smaller than expected especially for the cost. The cleaning is mediocre at best, I had to do a majority of the cleaning. Sheets are uncomfortable, I ended up using my own. Very poorly maintained, there were water leaks, damp, and mould all throughout my stay which made it an uncomfortable living environment. Management does not appropriately deal with bad behaviour from other residents such as smoking indoors, loud music all night, and misuse of common areas and utilities. Overall, not so luxury for a “luxury accommodation”. Incredibly overpriced for the experience. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you’re considering Study Inn.

Walnut Garden it's a very good student apartment.It's far away from the street and very quiet at night. There is room service every 2 weeks and the staff very friendly.

I would like to summarise as to why I gave a 5 star ⭐️ rating for StudyInn. At first I thought I am paying a premium price, however once I started to stay in and then I realised why is alright to pay a premium price even if it is, as they maintain the property so well that you won’t have any problems. The en-suites and studios are cleaned every two weeks, kitchen and living room is cleaned every day. The property is nothing but worth every penny. I just came in with two bags of mine and had nothing to worry about necessities like pans, utensils or bed covers duvets or etc. They not only provide them but service for you every 2 weeks. The management team is excellent they cater and solve all your issues. They are very professional and proactive. I saw other properties after I stayed in here and none of the properties competitors are close to this one. Those ones are not managed and kept under hygiene levels. The location of studyinn is also very central and it makes life more enjoyable.

I moved into Studyinn with people I knew from first year and it’s definitely been an experience. You get to learn more about one another and meet so many international students in the process. The staff are so helpful and get along well with us well which just makes living here so much more comfortable.

Very good facilities and excellent staff, however, could improve social aspects. The gym could use some higher weights and a barbell. The sauna does not have an efficient system. And a shelter outside would be beneficial.

Lovely accomodation. Gym is very nice with a steam and sauna room. Rooms are a bit small compared to prices but social spaces are excellent.

Great student accommodation! Not far from Uni, also close to city center. staff members are so friendly, that they are always ready to help you on your difficulties. I came from different country, and it was little difficult for me to adjust here. StudyInn staff helped me a lot during my initial days to make my journey comfortable.

It's just a stone's throw away from St David's train station and a short walk from town centre and Streatham campus. Love the fantastic views from my room and kitchen. I am on the first floor and my room overlooks the valley; it is a bit snug but has everything I need. Lovely staff - very friendly and accommodating; they very kindly helped me move rooms because of my (newly discovered) allergy. Kitchen gets cleaned almost everyday to a very high standard which makes living in a shared accommodation so much easier. Great mix of students - home and international. At the time of writing, building works are still going on - mainly landscaping and paving as far as I can tell- but there is minimal disturbance and I have been told that the majority of outstanding work will be completed in the next 3 weeks. Gym, front room with games table, study room and laundry room are already operational and are amazing spaces to socialise - also, there's someone at the reception 24/7 which is fantastic!
