Hello our private studios are equipped with a microwaves, hob, fridge and our shared kitchens with the same including an oven however appliances such as kettle ironing board are not provided.

I have lived at Abacus House for 2 years and really enjoyed my stay there. The staff is really kind and always willing to help! The rooms and social spaces are also very nice.
staff are nice and friendly. Issues were solved quickly. Living environment was quiet.
Nice location and very friendly management team. I’ve stayed here for about 1 year with lovely experience. It’s convenient to get anything from here. Thank you ^_^
My stay at Abacus has been lovely! The location is great for my uni (Screen and Film School) and also socially. The management team are great and are always so helpful. They've even been planting lots of lovely plants around the site as of late! The facilities are all modern and clean and its really nice meeting people in the common room. The only downside is the price, however, you do get a lot for your money. I've really enjoyed my stay here and will be sad to leave.
I lived in Abacus house for two years since I studied in Sussex. nice management and very good location. near the gym and the restaurant, and walk 15 minutes to the city center and 10 minutes to West street. Very recommended IQ Abacus house.
Off-campus accommodation.
I love my accommodation so much. It is very expensive, but the staff is delightful, the rooms very nice and the social space is great. The location is fantastic, even if it's not on campus.
