I’ve been living in IQ Magenta House for 1 year and my overall experience wasn’t great. The location is amazing and very convenient to get to any part of the city, and the room contains everything you need. However, I was extremely unlucky with my neighbors and administrative staff didn’t want to solve any problems they caused. Eventually, during this year I was flooded, I had my room full of fume because of my flatmate who wasn’t careful enough with her cooking, and last 2 months I was suffering from ants all over my room because new flatmates didn’t clean after themselves at all! I made multiple complaints but was just promised that they would speak with my flatmates and encourage them to be more tidy, respectful etc but nothing changed! I paid a huge amount of money but didn’t get any support and was suffering from dirtiness in the shared kitchen all over the year. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay because of the attitude of the administration who didn’t care at all.
