Your weekend won’t be boring as there are activities and celebrations all around the month. Love how seren hosts each festival making it inclusive for international students and there is NO discrimination. I had exams and there was breakfast served for students which saved us time and money. Would have definitely booked it for next year, unfortunately will not be a student anymore. P.S: great help from the reception and everyone is friendly (left my key in my room a thousand times and yet they are always kind to open the door without making a fuss)

At Seren we plan events for our students in the social spaces which all of our residents are invited to, these are planned on differents dates throught the year and the event is advertised on our social media. There are also quiet spaces for study and in general is a quiet building.

Great accommodation! It is placed right in the middle of the city so you can get everywhere in just a few minutes. All universities are perfectly connected by bus. It has a lot of great comunal spaces where you can have a great time! Really recommend it!

It is one of the best student accommodations with a perfect location. The management is great as well as friendly.

When I first moved into the accommodation, everything that was promised was given. From social events to facilities and cleanliness. However, this quickly changed once you had settled in and your money was gone. Over the last few months, I haven't been able to get in a lift without it being sticky and outright disgusting. I always see cleaning staff around, but nothing is ever clean. Staff are generally rude in most cases, bar a few, with some just opting to make students clearly uncomfortable. Events quickly dried up after the first month or two, with the frequency of events becoming a complete lie. Wifi is generally good, tends to kick you off randomly though. Many broken promises and lies.
The apartment has a gym, laundry room, free breakfast on weekdays, and plenty of activity areas.
I love everything here. It's a great place! I live here in the studio, which is the best experience.
I really love to stay in serene. You can socialise here very easily. And the amenities are wonderful. Also it is near to city centre and railway station that’s really accessible

Stayed here for two years since it opened in 2021. Improved massively now project has finished, great social living space, staff are really friendly, good place to live while at university.

Nice place and very comfortable to stay
It is an amazing place that you can actually feel like home. Never had a problem with managing any difficulties and all of the stuff members are sure friendly. Moreover the 24h security really makes a difference with one feeling safe. Train station which is 3 mins away is perfect for those who like to run late.
I have been very happy with my living space this year, the social spaces are very fun to hang out at and my room is the perfect size.

Way way too expensive for what it offers. Seems like the standard renting experience anywhere in the UK. But Swansea used to be good value and financially accessible.
It is a great student friendly place with all the great comforts provided by them, but the price is also bit high for students who rely on education loans and for those who doesnt have part time jobs.
It is a very lovely place to live. Location wise I honestly could not think of a better place to live being 2 steps away from the train station and 30 steps from wind street. Links to both campuses is amazing and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The facilities here are fantastic with amazing amenities such as a karaoke room and a cinema. I simply would come again!

Accomodation is located by the train station, which is handy if you usually head out to different places and the town centre is 10 mins away by foot. Staff on-site are really nice and kind and the rooms are reasonably priced with multiple options available for each room.

Beautiful building located in the heart of swansea conviently situated next to the train station and city centre just a short walk away from popular hotspots such as wind street, it has great socials spaces such as study offices, pool room, games room and my personal favourite the karaoke room. Also beautiful views from the higher floors of the city and the beach and a wonderful friendly staff which can assist you with any problems you may have.

My experience living at Seren has been an exceptionally positive one. I was assigned a rep that helped me to select a room tailored to my specific needs. The attendants at the reception are always accessible and consistently helpful. The location is excellent, walking distance from the city centre, my university campus, and adjacent to the train station (this is especially convenient because my commute is less hectic given this proximity). The property management is responsive and efficient, my maintenance requests are dealt with auspiciously and appropriately, the building is routinely cleaned and offers an unending level of security. I am particularly happy about the student facilities I have access to while living here, a Karaoke room, cinema, gym, study space, gaming room, tesco express and greggs. I absolutely love the social events hosted by the building, they always include us in activities that allow for interaction with other students living here. I will always recommend !
Couldn’t ask for better staff. All very helpful. Minor problems at the start with the building being incomplete but the staff dealt with it very well.
