Dashwood Studios Biography
There are excellent transport links from Dashwood Studios to universities across London via Elephant and Castle underground (five-minute walk away). You’ll be just a few minutes walk from local amenities.
There are excellent social spaces that include a games room, cinema room, and two roof terraces. You’ll have use of handy onsite laundry facilities. If you want to have a bike there is convenient secure cycle storage. You can get double occupancy for no extra charge.
There are five different-size studios to choose from. All the studios are self-contained with an ensuite, equipped kitchenette, and living space. They come fully furnished with a double bed, study area, and storage and some rooms may come with a bay window or private sun terraces.

The worst place I've ever lived in starting off with the whole building it's not the fact that it's old doesn't mean it has to be dirty. The common rooms and common spaces are constantly dirty and they lack maintenance such as the elevators the trash and bicycle area the roof terraces are full of cigarette, trash, and trash in general and they never get cleaned, my room has had so many issues and they take so long to resolve and often I have to tell them multiple times to solve an issue since the day one I got here I've experienced the day the day I got here I didn't even have curtains, I didn't have lights on my building The lights above the stove wasn't working and the kitchen sink was drained was clogged. I've been living here for six months and the drain the kitchen drain has been clogged ever since they come in unclogged once in while but it always gets clogged again and it's not me because I am really careful of what I put in the train and sometimes I don't even cook and still

The service from the reception is usually bad, especially when getting parcels. (One security guy is always a poke face and not kind to us) The maintenance has been delayed for months. I had to follow up every day for more than one week to get things sorted out.
The building it’s self is very outdated and tired however what makes the place good is the staff that work there. Tash is an amazing front of house and billy is great and will always come up if you have an issue. Dan also likes to solve things quick and efficiently

What's good about dashwood studio is that its near LCC, some restaurants, some stations and 2 Chinese supermarkets, its convinient to go out and buying things. However, whats funny about it, is that the Altitude of recepition people are EXTREMELY POOR. Some of them always prefer to have argument with you reather than solve the real prolem. There was a time, they told everyone in the studio to throw garbage better, or they wil stop receving ALL the deliveries. And when it comes to deliveries, it seems like they have so much hatery with deliveries, bacause they even made a rule about when we can collect our deliveries. It seems that their time of sitting there and doing nothing is SO IMPORTANT that they would have no more second to help us to collect our deliveries. We literally paid the money to let them be our BOSS, and tell us what we should do, thats one of the most redicilious thing I have ever heard. :DDDDD

I have been here for 3 years and it is the most convenient and comfortable student accommodation I could find in central London. The staff are very friendly and have been supportive through the pandemic.
Amazing student accommodation at a unique location with excellent transportation facilities. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and work to solve any emerging problems. Due to covid the social spaces were closed for a long period of time, but when opened they offer a variety of activities one can take advantage of!
