St George's Tower Biography
St George's Tower is perfectly positioned within walking distance from both universities, as De Montfort University is a ten-minute walk away and the University of Leicester is an eighteen-minute walk away. The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by exciting nightlife spots, bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping centres, coffee shops, local attractions, various forms of entertainment and transport links. Everything you need is right on your doorstep!
Residents can enjoy the student social life by meeting up with their neighbours in the common room with TV and video games and also attend regular social events that are organised by management. When it is time to get to work, students can take full advantage of the WiFi and quiet study room. Want to keep your fitness up? Well, there is a pure gym on-site that offers special student rates. To ensure a comfortable stay there are on-site laundry facilities, 24-hour building security, CCTV, a maintenance team and all utility costs are included in the rental price.
At St George's Tower, residents can choose to stay in either a Premium or Deluxe studio room. Each room comes fully equipped with a private kitchen, en-suite bathroom, storage space, bed and wardrobe.

I spent my final year of university at St George’s Tower, and I had such a great time. The location is absolutely perfect for both the University of Leicester and De Monfort University, and right on the edge of the city centre, making it perfect for shopping, eating, and entertainment. The building is well kept and there really is an effort to make students feel comfortable and at home. The staff are incredible, but a particular shout out to Lauren and Jarod for being fabulous familiar faces every day, and above all for making us feel safe and supported. The idea of living alone in a studio may seem daunting, but at St George’s Tower, no one’s really alone 😊

The staff in the building is extremely helpful and kind. I felt home as soon as I arrived. Whenever I had a problem, I just sent an email and they tried to solve it within hours. The location is perfect, it is near to the city centre, shops, and also to the universities in the city. Social spaces are limited and sometimes hard to interact with others. Other than that it is a perfect student accommodation, I recommend it.

As a student living here for over a year, I can confidently say that it's one of the best student accommodations I've come across. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Jarrod and Lauren, who are incredibly helpful and warm. One of the things I appreciate about the accommodation is the attention to detail that the managers put into creating a homely environment. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of spaces to relax and socialize with other residents. There's always somewhere to go when you want to unwind after a long day of studying. In terms of the living spaces themselves, I couldn't ask for more. My studio is modern and well-furnished, with everything I need to live comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. Plus, with 24-hour security, I always feel safe and secure.
The staff are lovely, the location's great, occasional events to meet the people who also live there, with free food and games (with prizes).

The accommodation boasted a wide range of top-notch facilities. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. The communal areas, including the lounge, games area and study spaces were spacious, clean and conducive to both socializing and studying. The laundry facilities were convenient and readily available, saving me time and effort. The staff members were incredibly friendly, approachable and always ready to assist. They promptly addressed any queries or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The management team was highly organized and efficient, taking care of maintenance requests promptly and keeping the accommodation in excellent condition. The accommodation fostered a strong sense of community among the residents. Regular social events and activities were organized, allowing students to connect with one another and create lasting friendships. This aspect greatly enhanced my overall experience.

Jarod the manager and all the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful for the last two years I’ve lived in the Tower. The studios are great value for money and the views and stunning. I didn’t have any issues that maintenance or management weren’t able to resolve quickly. Highly recommend!

My overall stay and experience with St George’s Tower Leicester has been nothing but amazing, for the price to have your own studio in the center of Leicester is definitely worth it. Amazing and dedicated 24/7 security on-site with friendly property managers. This made my stay in Leicester absolutely amazing. Staff are kind, friendly and super nice! It’s close to everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants and the train station. The price you pay for an all inclusive student accommodation with St George’s Tower is definitely very good! However, it doesn’t include laundry in the bills so you’ll have to pay for it. Despite that everything is well worth the value and St George’s Tower is definitely the place to stay if you’re coming to study in Leicester!
