Really enjoying my life so far at RGU. Couldn’t ask for more in terms of staff and facilities along with social life.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first semester of first year and find that RGU is really accommodating to everyone's needs
Everything's satisfying, I'll recommend the place to others.
good experiecne living there so far, love my new room and my flatmates. i really like the common room and how close it is to the uni
It has been a good experience so far and enjoyed it.
It is good, i like that the accomodstion is really close to the uni
Friendly staff who are easy to talk to, very welcoming when attending events at the lead up to applying.
I’ve really enjoyed my time staying in justice mill studios. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The events held at JM are really fun and a great way of meeting new people!!!
My experience at RGU has been very positive so far, i enjoy my course and cant wait to see whats next!
Good uni, my course is the best for my course so I’m very happy
Really felt welcome, I am an art student so i was in grays most of the time but everyone was very welcoming
I really love it here in RGU as it is nice
It’s quite a nice uni but not a lot of social events for freshers
I've enjoyed studying here so far, the only issue I have's with the canteen situation at Grays. I don't think its fair that all of the other buildings get a bunch of different fast food places and all we get is vending machines, something needs to be done.
Place is set in a very nice location, scenic. Gym is somewhat lacking though :[
Great school, good room and perfect staff always happy to help with any problems or questions asked, perfect cost
Very modern premises, with a great selection of courses taught by passionate and welcoming lecturers
It's one of the best places for the students to live.
Great rooms and social space. The bedrooms and kitchen are spacious and kept in good condition. En-suite bathroom is also kept in good condition. Good bike storage
i love how condensed our campus is. all staff i’ve interacted with have been super helpful. classes and coursework are easy to access and there’s always something social going on
4 years at rgu and have never had an issue with anything
Really nice campus and school of pharmacy is really good!
4.5 Stars – Supportive Environment and Practical Learning Robert Gordon University has been a great place for my studies so far. The campus is modern and well-equipped, and the staff are generally supportive and approachable. What I really appreciate is the focus on practical learning and real-world skills, which helps prepare us for our careers. There are good opportunities for group work, projects, and hands-on experience. While some areas could improve, like more flexibility in coursework or better communication at times, overall, I’m glad I chose RGU.
Could be better. Building is nice.
RGU has been a great institute for my further education in Biomedical Science. The integrated placement program throughout 2nd and 3rd year has really help my further understanding and experiencing what my job will entail beyond graduation
The uni has a great deal of facilities and helpful resources
My stay has been good so far, it has definitely been value for money compared to my last student accommodation, communal area was good but we didn’t have a toaster which I think was needed. The fire alarm goes off quite often which is quite common amongst students accommodations but still jarring nonetheless. Special shoutout to Claudia a reception staff, she was particularly helpful in helping me deal with all my issues maintenance and parcel related.
a lovely modern university with a lot of opportunities
Good location close to city centre great facilities
Yesterday was my last tutorial at this university, the nostalgia already hit. Will miss this place for sure.
Great uni to study at, very diverse and inclusive
A lovely experience! Enjoyed so much and made so many friends
My experience at RGU so far has been amazing. I have made so many good friends, the lecturers are all lovely and very helpful and I am also a fan of the sports facilities. I also think that the school is located in a lovely area, and has a modern look to it.
good university, good location!
School is soo home friendly, diverse and inclusive. I love RGU
Perfect… lectures and social spaces are beautiful! I enjoy the gym the most 🙂
The experience has been amazing so far! Learning has been impactful, I am able to network with industry experts, gain first hand insights on my program from industry experts and have clarity on my future.
Good place to study. WiFi could be better. Some areas don’t have accesss
The experience in the school was great so far, and meeting people was very easy. The classes are generally very easy to follow and quite exciting
Best student experience, great opportunities and facilities.
Friendly students and staffs. I do enjoy my time in RGU but I wish there’s more clubs options
Overall a decent University with a good campus
amazing accommodation have stayed here 2 years and have already rebooked for next year
Great infrastructure, friendly and supportive faculty!!
it has been really fun so far and i live exploring
everyone so friendly and staff are very nice
Really good experience so far.
I like the overall experience by now, but I don't spend much time in uni
Nice decent uni good amenities
The student experience is not that enjoyable, is missing many things, and as largely been impacted by bankruptcy
very good experience everyone is very approachable
WiFi is great and the variety of clubs are exceptional however they only tend to start at 5pm at the earliest and thus difficulty getting home may arise
An interesting and enlightening experience.
I love my uni. They have great facilities for me as a health science student like labs and simulation rooms.
Clean campus Lots of support available
I have had a great experience! Super close to the university I attend. That staff is very welcoming and helpful , as they have been there when I needed information and help. They make it feel like home away from home . I have had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.
Good university with supporting staff and good amenities.
Good university. Strong engineering programs. Just lacking career support. They even have very good Phisiotherapy clinic with massage and acupuncture, to help fix your tension after hours of study an improve posture.
The highlight for me had to be the career service! Being an international student, with our educational backgrounds, having someone help you how to navigate the job market has been the most crucial experience. Additionally, the teachers and the academic skills offered is very helpful and supportive and they don't make you feel anyless of a student!
The university is good and an amazing campus.
Great university, met so many new people. Lectures are one of a kind
great university! campus is lovely
Very good university, easy to make friends, good good facilities, lecturers are very nice and good at their jobs 😀
My time at RGU was very interesting and quite engaging. They've got a well structured approach to their curriculum and a wonderful set of tutors to deliver them. A wide range of support systems are available for students to hernasss, you really need to be interested in order to get aware and utilise them. I particularly benefitted from the academic writing sessions, the careers department provided a guide i used to enhance my CV. Great facilities, especially the library whose online databases are so numerous, providing the right atmosphere for research. As a student, you just need to have a good plan for your tuition in order to have a stress-free moment at RGU.
Overall has been great the past few years, but recently there was a decline in quality due to budget cuts.
Really enjoyed my stay at accommodation everyone is so kind and helpful
i like it so far, lecturers are nice
Great experience at RGU. Modern and well-equipped campus facilities, state of the arts library, perfect for studying and research. Plenty of quiet study areas and vibrant social spaces. Wide variety of clubs and societies catering to diverse interests. Weather you’re into sports, arts or cultural activities there is something for everyone. Great way of meeting new people and enhancing your university experience. The student union provides great support for students, plus the food and drinks options available are a nice bonus. RGU careers service offer valuable resources such as worships, 1-1 guidance and job fairs. The campus WiFi is reliable and fast, and available throughout the university. Excellent facilities within RGU with strong support services and empowering an active student life.
I love RGU. Facilities and measures have been put in place to make life in the school, education and stay in the UK easier.
Highly recommended facility and People are really nice. Wanna give a shout for TAha, pal had been great help always.
Taha has been great since the beginning, supported with the issues always 😊. Definitely vouch for him.
I’m currently staying in spring gardens and have been feeling a bit lonely but the staff are very nice especially Mary she is very funny and nice to me
RGU is a good university. However, they can improve facilities such as wifi and organizing more events for students to interact.
Really nice so far and not had many problems at all. The lecturers are very helpful.
Good Uni, enjoy studying here. Would recommend to other students
Overall, an average campus to get along with studies.
Campus very nice and clean. With great staff
Good uni, modern building and great staff team.
My experience in here is very good. The maintenance staff is very quick. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I am enjoying my time here.
Excellent, no issues. Staff always happy to help
Very good staff Very clean Good learning environment
Friendly environment , helpful kind staff. Lovely big library. Good WiFi. Lots of space to sit and study. Lots of computers too.
Could be more supportive with study resources
Great for healthcare subjects, I have enjoyed my time here
Great place to study & lots of facilities for when out of uni.
Attending Uni has been an enriching experience, thanks to its dedicated faculty, diverse student body, and vibrant campus culture. The academic programs are rigorous yet rewarding, preparing students for success in their chosen fields.
Amazing Staff at rgu health sciences, reception always ready to help if needed.
Great University, I recommend!
Great school and good facilities
Rgu is good, quite far from city centre that's all. XD
Good experience so far. Great friendship builder. But it has some things that should be improved like the elevator from the architecture building, which is always broken, and the wifi connection is quite unstable.
The receptionist sre so welcoming and friendly. They are always holding events to try and get to know students and help student make friends. They always do nice facilities like the social space and the study room. And the accommodation is very close to university so you could walk to school.
Satisfied with the uni, only difference would be to have even more sports clubs than there already is
Nice environment but low social interaction
Having a wonderful experience. The teaching and administrative staff are very helpful.
Good place to be and work, not much to complain about
I have really enjoy my time here. It has been an easy transition as an international student.
Very nice campus, everyone very friendly
Really enjoyed my first year at rgu, excited for the next to come
