So, I started my stay in september 2021, i booked the classic ensuite, and honeatly speaking, i was quite worried at first, since i arrived, i received so much support from the Team itself and specially talking about Rhys and Rebecca, rhet are the best. For Accommodation Feedback: The rooms are really good, well-built, great space even for the class ensuite. The washrooms are the best. Kitchens are amazing, so big with a lot of space for storage. The best thing is that, its quite near to Meadowbank Market where Kfc, Mcdoalds, Sainsbury, Poundland , MnS and Tk Max are just 5 mins walk. Straits Meadow Biography
Located in Edinburgh, Straits Meadow offers students the perfect home away from home. You have easy access to numerous universities such as the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh College of Art and Queen Margaret University. If you are looking to get out and about you can take a five-minute walk to Holyrood Park and a ten-minute walk to central Edinburgh.
You have all the amenities you need to make your student life as comfortable as possible. There is a common room, a pool table in the games room for you and your friends to enjoy or you can bask in the sun in the outdoor area. When needing to concentrate on your studies you can make use of the WiFi and study room. For added convenience, there are also handy laundry facilities, bike storage, a vending machine, on-site maintenance, CCTV and a fob entry system.
At Straits Meadow, you have a range of modernly designed ensuite rooms and studios to choose from. Each room has its own private bathroom, study area, comfortable bed, wardrobe and storage space. While it's a little farther from the university buildings and other amenities, the place has an amazing accommodation team who are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately there's been constant construction going on on the building so it can get really noisy but hopefully that'll go away when construction is over.

The experience has been good so far, but it's a little farther away from my university which has been a problem.

In terms of location, we are on a major bus route between Heriot-Watt and Queen Margaret Uni, which is pretty much door to door. If you attend another university, we are always happy to work with you to discover the easiest route. The public transport is a wonderful option, and we can show you some tools to make things easier. Love my home! There initially were some hiccups but the management handled it so well! Very happy with the accomodation!

Great place to live, in a quiet area and walking distance for the center if u enjoy long walks. Nice rooms with quite a lot of space and storage. Friendly property team and overall would highly recommend!
