Study Inn’s Lemyngton Street is located close to Loughborough University and offers luxury studio accommodation with an array of great features. This accommodation benefits from a communal lounge with table tennis and pool table, big-screen cinema and games consoles, and a wellness spa and gym equipped with a sauna, steam room, hotbeds, rainforest shower, and study rooms. There is also onsite laundry, all-inclusive bills, 24-hour security, bin collection, parcel collection, and in-room post-delivery.
There are 9 room types available in Study Inn’s Loughborough accommodation. All rooms include a smart TV and WiFi and a regular room cleaning service with towels and bed linen provided at no extra cost. The studio rooms come equipped with fully fitted modern kitchens and en-suite bathrooms as well as a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable chair, and many other useful appliances. You can also opt for a stylish Platinum studio or a Platinum Plus studio which is kitted out with a variety of luxuries and has even more space.
There are also 3 types of en-suite serviced apartments available which offer you the chance to meet new friends or book as a group. Our building is located in the town centre of Loughborough. The area is full of shops, restaurants and even a cinema. We are not aware of any students having problems coming back from campus late at night.

I have stayed with StudyInn since my first year in university and have continously chose to stay with them. The rooms and amenities are great - clean, well-furnished and very convenient; you don't need to bring any appliances with you since they have you covered. The 24/7 security, parcel collection and the room cleaning service are very helpful when university workload gets busy, and I found myself very comforted by the fact that the accommodation does a lot of the tedious chores for you. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and the culture is great - special thank you to Daniela and Dorota for making my stay very enjoyable each time and helping me out with every concern I have voiced.

Every member of staff was very welcoming. The hair dryer in my room broke and they gave me a new one very quickly. The light in my room was broken and a staff member fixed it for me the next day.

The Apartment is in a great location, near the city centre, about a 5 minute walk to Tesco and M&S, very convenient for shopping for essentials. There's a bus stop across the road so it's easy to get to Leicester! The staff at the apartment are very nice!

Located right in Loughborough town, you'll have everything near (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). You'll also have a spa, gym and excellent study areas. I chose to stay in a room with a kitchenette. The services at Study inn are great. The staff are very warm and friendly (especially David and Martina). The location is wonderful because it's close to everything and not too far from the university at the same time (even better if you have a bicycle). Since I'm staying here during lockdown, I can't really say much about the social places, social experience and all, but the staff is exceptionally nice! The room cleaning service is excellent; they really take their time to make the room spotless. In terms of location, it may be a little far from the uni, but you can always take the bus; however, it is very close to shops, cafés and supermarkets, which is far more convenient. Overall, I think the price paid is fully justified considering how well-furnished the rooms are and how many services are offered to you (e.g. room-cleaning, waste collection, spa, gym).

Every member of staff at the facilitie is extremely welcoming and more then pleased to help with any of your needs. The cleaning is excelling and the rooms are of high quality and offer plentiful storage space. Due to covid a numer of the down stairs facilities have been shut which results in my saying at this moment the price is too much for what you get. The security is excellent, so you deffibtly don't need to be concerned about your safety. I woudl recommend it more for people who don't mind being alone as it's very difficult to meet other people. But overall I would highly recommend study inn.

I initially just wanted an en-suite accommodation but I was delighted to find out that kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels were also provided for, as well as housekeeping. It really feels like I’m in a nice hotel. The members of staff are also very supportive and friendly, no matter how many times you ask for help. 👍🏽 to the Studyinn Management.

What can I say, a home away from home 🏡 I live in a shared kitchen room and the cleaners come in everyday with a big smile and a lending ear, you really feel like a family. The facilities are incredible! In my 4 years at Loughborough university I have never seen such amazing, high quality spaces. The staff are so so helpful and are very friendly. They some how know everyone’s name which makes you feel safe. I would highly recommend this to anyone !

I like study Inn because staffs are so nice when l need some help, they willing to help me, and I feel save when I live in here due to a good safety system. Moreover, the accommodation is convenient, close to Tesco and the bus station only take 5-minutes walk and 2 mintes walk for cinema and restaurant. Since my arrival to Study Inn Loughborough everything has been very good. The building is always clean, all facilities are brand new, the gym is excellent and it's saving me a lot of extra money. Housekeeping service has been always on point, couldn't ask for more.

Elevator problems have often come up before. The heating doesn't work very well in winter. When the wind is very strong, you can obviously feel the air leak in the window. Into the summer, the room with the Windows open but still feel hot and stuffy. Living close to the entrance and exit of the floor, you can hear the door opening and closing clearly.

Every day I spend here is great. The kitchen is clean and spacious, and the layout is reasonable, the most special is the semicircle table, at the weekend you can eat with friends while chatting; You can also sit on the sofa with friends, play games and watch TV. The design of the bedroom is very comfortable, every day there is sunlight through the window onto my flowers. There are plenty of mirrors in the room for girls to dress up and take pictures, and the light is great. If my parents were to travel, I would want them to live in such a place.
