Canterbury Hall is luxury accommodation within easy reach of the University of Central Lancashire, making it the ideal choice for students studying in Preston. UCLan Students Union is also within easy reach and is a great place to make new friends. The accommodation is really modern and is always kept clean. Staff are super friendly and will always stop to have a chat with you when they're free. Above all though, any problem you have or anything you need fixing will be attended to straight away. With on-site cleaning and maintenance nothing gets left to another day, and if it does the staff let us know via email, explaining why.

The Canterbury Halls has everything what a student needs. Included facilities are awesome and the room is modern with lots of storage space and the bathroom is clean and well sized. The staff at the accommodation are reliable and very helpful! I have a physical difficulty but they gave an amazing support and solution for me which is made this place like HOME. Truly recommend this as your accommodation for studies at university!

So far, everything has been maintained really well and the staff are really friendly. It takes about 10 minutes for me to walk to the centre of the university campus from the accommodation so it’s located somewhat nearby. Typically it is always clean and smells nice in the social spaces.

Having lived here for a year already moving into my second, Canterbury has always looked out for both me and my boyfriend. They've been incredibly accommodating to us, especially as I have a disability, and the staff are always lovely. There's events on every week and there very engaging with their students and even free stuff from time to time. I'm happy to be staying here another year.

Move in day was really smooth The staff that work the building are really friendly and helpful!! They are so nice to chat to. The maintenance people are so quick to sort things and have no qualms replacing things if they cannot be fixed to a higher standard!

So far Canterbury Hall has been great for my final year. It gives me private space as well as the opportunity to spend time with friends in a clean and inviting environment. It is the best student accommodation I have been in.

Canterbury Hall has been an amazing experience I’ve been in my final year of university and it’s been like living at home comforting and warm welcoming with a lot of privacy and security, very affordable for what is provided and has access to Moor Park which is perfect for picnics and walks as well as the city being around the corner.

Moved here for my second year of university and it’s a great space for students, they have events every now and then which are really nice for example you can get a free breakfast every Friday morning. There’s a free gym & cinema room which are amazing and the staff are really friendly. The room itself is very spacious and good quality. Would recommend 👍🏼

Great accommodation but far from the train station
Thank you for leaving us a review! Did you know you can get to the train station in 6 minutes on the bus? There's a bus stop just a short walk from Canterbury Hall. Hope that's helpful!
Decided I wanted to move into a studio for my final year of university to maximise my ability to be productive and get the best outcome possible. I originally planned to stay in my previous accommodation, but decided to look around at my options anyway. Canterbury Halls came in a lot cheaper than my previous accommodation, even with a longer contract allowing me to remain here over summer. It is well managed and the upkeep is amazing. There are events and opportunities offered all the time in the building which has been great for building friendships and meeting new people. I only wish I had found out about the place sooner because I most definitely would have chosen to live her throughout the entirety of my time at university.

The accommodation is great, a lot better than the accommodation I was staying at for my first year and the price isn’t bad for the size of room and privacy you get. The only thing I have to complain about the accommodation is having to share the lounge room even when you have it booked because there are ovens there, so if you wanna have a private hangout/party with friends you can’t because someone you don’t know might walk in to use the kitchen.

Best accommodation in Preston!! It is a five minute walk from my lecture halls and the library. Also not too far from town. The rooms are very nice and modern, and you have your privacy which is lovely. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to any students looking.

Overall Canterbury hall is a brilliant place to live. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out and they also have job opportunities for students to work shifts with anyone who has issues after hours. The building feels safe and is close to university campus and the town centre for all amenities. It is also a walk away from a local park which is perfect for a picnic study with friends during summer! The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage including under the bed storage. There are plentiful opportunities to make friends aswell as there are various social events. The portal is also very easy to use so you can keep track on how much rent you have left, when a new parcel arrives and reporting a problem to staff.

One of the best accommodation in Preston. The staff is very friendly especially The manager - Ross, he trys his level best to solve any problem for any resident at any point of time. Canterbury staff are so helpful and kind. Just recently they had a therapy dog event where some of the staff brought their dogs as well. It was great fun and an enjoyable event. Great accommodation.
