
Spent my first year here locked down over Covid and was pleased with my experience. The rooms/kitchen are very spacious and everything you could need is provided in terms of kitchen utensils. The space provided is probably the best value for money in the local area, I have previously lived in other student accommodation that neighbours Keillor court. The bills/internet being included in the rent saves a lot of hassle. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance is handled as fast as possible even when coronavirus was affecting us. I did have to get used to a lot of noise during term time from parties. Could not really confirm where it was coming from but I have seen that they have possibly hired on site student personnel to take care of this? I truly appreciate all the staff have done to be accommodating and make it as comfortable as possible for us over the last year. They have gone above and beyond what other flats have done. Keiller Court Biography
Keiller Court is located right in the heart of the Dundee student community. Both Dundee University and Abertay University are within a ten-minute walk. You’ll also find that shops, nightlife spots, transport links and other useful amenities are all within walking distance.
Living at Keiller Court you will be pleased with extra features such as 24/7 CCTV, 24/7 on-site support and secure fob entry as well as 24/7 maintenance. If you are planning to bring a bike then you can have peace of mind with secure bike storage. Contents insurance and all utilities are included and there is free, speedy WiFi throughout the building. For your benefit, there are laundry facilities in every kitchen, Sherpr and a private courtyard where you can enjoy the summer sun.
When it comes to choosing a room you can go for a double room in a shared flat of 3 - 6 people alternatively a single room in a 5 bedroom flat. All rooms come fully furnished with a bed, study area and plenty of storage and use of two shared bathrooms in each flat. The shared kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and a flatscreen TV in the living space.

Could not recommend Keiller Court enough! It’s my second year here and I was quick to rebook with my friends after my first year experience despite covid and spending lots of time in the flat. For those stuck in the flat not being to travel home during Christmas there was food provided by the accommodation. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms and social area. Maintenance quick to respond and make themselves known before entry. Washing machine/dryer being inside the flat has been very useful. Very close to the Uni, shops and pubs and clubs. Never had a problem with the WiFi. Great accommodation to experience student life and make friends.

A great place to stay as a student! Fab value for money, really easy to make payments etc. Staff are very helpful and responsive, always there when you need them. Flats are ideal size with plenty storage and everything you could need in the kitchen! I stayed for 3 years!

Really great sized rooms, kitchen came with cookware and dinnerware and the property is close to both universities. Staff are all lovely and communicate well. Maintenance issues are usually resolved quickly. The only downside though is that the walls are pretty thin, could hear full conversations of people outside. However, I do understand that there's nothing that can really be done about that. Overall a really nice student accommodation that I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend Keiller court because it is really close to Dundee uni and town too which is ideal and it’s only a max 10 minute walk to the train station. The company are really nice and are always happy to sort something for you and maintenance are prompt too.. all the bills are included which is fab and wifi is nothing to complain about it’s fast! We loved it so much we booked again next year! :)

Keiller Court is one of the best residences you can find in Dundee in terms of value for money, it is 100% all-inclusive as the only thing you have to bring is food and things to decorate your room. The treatment from the staff is unbeatable, they are always attentive and care about what happens to us, plus the maintenance team is always there when you need to fix something urgent. As we are all students (or at least most of us) I've made tons of friends from different countries which helped me learn other cultures as well.This is my second year living here and I will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place to live, this is definitely the best.

I did a big research to find a good Student accommodation for my daughter, and I found Keiller Court was one of the best places. Furthermore I accompanied her to settle in, and I could check and confirm that it is a very nice place and provides everything she needs. A Student hall highly recommended!

Location 10/10. Never seen cleaning take place at all. Wifi can be slow especially when doing online lectures. Management can be slow but over all is good value for money as bills are included.

Cleaning on all stairwells is carried out each morning before 9am and completed on a rotational basis so that each block is completed once per week and litter picks are carried out 2-3 times per week on site grounds, we have weekly checks by staff to check that this being completed to the standard we ask for. Unfortunately we do not offer cleaning within the flats, our contract company do offer this but it would have to be paid for by the tenant/flat. We're sorry you've had wifi issues, at the moment it's set up so that you can go direct to the provider with wifi issues to ensure a resolve as quickly as possible but if you have any issues with the provider, we would like to be informed so we can investigate any recurring issues. I apologise that you feel that repsonse time is slow, if you wanted to get in touch with us to advise when you've felt this, we can look into it for you so we can work to improve this for you, we always want to ensure that all of our tenants feel supported when contacting the accommodation office. Keiller Court is a decent first year student accommodation as it is located in a great place not too far from everything and is also in a student hub area. A nice little place to get started

I loved staying at Keiller court, the staff always helpful and friendly, maintenance was really quick to sort any issues and my room was pretty good for Dundee student accommodation but I know some rooms only have wall facing windows. Our flat had less people than average but still had a big kitchen and living area. The entry hall were clean most of the time but occasionally there was puke on the carpet left for a while. I would definitely consider Keiller court as it is way less crowded and better value for money than Parker House.

Thatâs true, we do have a few rooms that are wall facing although not too many, we try to keep tenants informed of this when booking but flat preferences come first when we are allocating people. We do have the stairwells cleaned on a rotation basis so that each stairwell is fully cleaned once per week but there are checks done daily so blocks can be re-prioritised if required, we do always welcome tenants reporting things like this so we can deal with this as soon as possible.
Lived there for a year a half and the year that didn't have covid was amazing however the lockdowns really made living extremely difficult.

Location is the best part of Keiller Court due to being right next to a Lidl and a 5 minute walk away from town centre. Coming from London, the price is very good, however rather pricey when comparing to on market prices for flat rents. Nonetheless student friendly. There wasn't any cleaning that I have noticed, at least not in the flats or the outside court. Communicating needs with the staff was easy if I wanted to raise a question and was fast to resolve, but maintenance staff were very annoying. For example, I have not been told that maintenance was scheduled, and so while I was asleep naked the staff walked into my room expecting me to be ready and fine. I was not. While my room was fine and did not face this problem due to being at the top, the WhatsApp group chat for the court was filled with non stop complaints about noise, indicating that the floor and walls are thin. If someone decided to do physical exercise, have sex or a party, then everyone below and above knew.

We have stairwell cleaning carried out every morning on a rotational basis to ensure each block is completed once per week, we don't offer inside flat cleaning this would need to be paid for by the tenants (but we could help organise this for you if it's something you wished to have - just email us if it's something you would like!) and the courtyard litter picks are carried out daily by our maintenance staff at the moment. If you feel that there is every any mess that you feel has been missed, please get in touch and let us know! I'm sorry you've had this experience with maintenance, there are set weekly and monthly tests carried out that all tenants are notified of and these times do not change but when tenants report maintenance, it is each tenants responsibility to advise other tenants of this so the whole flat is aware but maintenance do knock and make their presence known and we ask all contractors to do the same even if it's prebooked in and tenants are made aware. Again, if you feel this has not happened, please report this at the time so we can discuss with maintenance or the contractor so it doesn't continue to happen. I know you've stated this wasn't yourself that experienced noise issues but please ensure these are reported as we can't follow up and look into resolves without being made aware of it. We want to ensure that you all have the best stay possible so feedback is always welcome.
The flat was spacious and very close to the centre so in a great location, however, it would be very good if there was a common room that the residents could socialise in in normal situations
