The city is surrounded by some beautiful scenery. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to explore, such as Bute Park, the Beacons or the stunning coastline of South Wales within an hour’s drive. Cardiff has a mixture of retail shops in St David’s Shopping Centre as well as smaller stalls at the Riverside Market. The city is home to sports venues including the Principality Stadium and historical sites such as Cardiff Castle. It is also a great place for student nightlife with lots of clubs and pubs to choose from.
