Severn Point Biography
Severn Point is within a thirty-minute walking distance from Cardiff University, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and Cardiff Metropolitan University. The city centre is only a mile away and is jam-packed with exciting pubs and restaurants. Bute Park and Blackweir Fields are just under a mile away and are perfect for soaking up the summer sun. There are also green fields and woodland along the River Taff nearby if you want to feel like you aren’t in the city.
The common area and outdoor courtyard are great spaces to hang out and meet your neighbours. There are convenient amenities such as a communal study space and a vending machine.
Severn Point offers homey en-suite rooms equipped with a bed, study area, en-suite bathroom and storage space for your clothes and textbooks. Just outside your room, you’ll find the kitchen and living space that you will share with your flatmates.

It's in Cardiff. It's really comfortable and value for money. It's close to Cardiff University and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. There's a bus stop stone throw away. There's a pub, cafe and a couple takeaway places close by. Couple of grocery stores like tesco and lidl are less than a 10 minute walk. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is really friendly and helpful. When it's sunny I go to Bute Park for a walk as it's just across the road. Definitely recommend living here. Booking again for next year.
Fantastic location for a great price, lovely and very helpful staff, quick and efficient maintenance team, comfy beds, great heating, good water pressure in showers, very safe and secure, never had an issue living at Severn Point compared to other experiences across other Unite properties which I’ve been informed about, and great facilities in terms of the common room

Being at Severn Point has really been a great experience especially as I’ve made so friends that I would say for life. The staff are really friendly and are willing to help out with question or needs. One member of staff has really stood out for their professionalism and always being a friendly towards people and that is Ishtiaque.

I’ve had a great time at Severn Point, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the study room and common area are really great to socialise or catch up with work. There is also a local pub nearby which is an added bonus! Would highly recommend.
