All ways problem with maintenance, people walk into your room unannounced and without notice. One of the night shift employees is always aggressive and gets very disrespectful when you lose or lock yourself out of the room. Overall, i had a terrible experience.

Great place to live!! Good location, extremely close to the city centre. The amenities in the accommodation is perfect as well, truly equipped. I would definitely recommend Summit House to other students looking for a place to live in Cardiff.

It was a great experience to be at Summit House. The room is spacious with windows opening up quite big unlike other accommodations I have seen here in Cardiff. It is breezy and room maintenance is fast and quick.

I loved my room and it’s huge amount of natural light, particularly now in the summer. With bills included and the central location, I feel like this is value for money. Room and apartment could have been cleaner when I moved in. Internet, however is very good too.

AWFUL - dirty and unsafe, more than once a stranger has been able to gain access to the building, I understand it is in the town centre but this should mean extra care and security is taken. The room hadn't been cleaned before moving in, the cleaner came twice and still had to clean the room myself. Worn down and uncared for, moved here to save some money, can see why it's cheaper now. Raised these issues directly to them and they still haven't improved anything. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

For the cleanliness of corridors / communal space, we are pleased to be recruiting another housekeeper and caretaker to maintain the cleanliness levels to a higher standard. Also, it is pleased to announce that Summit house will be undergoing a full site refurb starting in June where the building and studios will be upgraded to a high premium spec. Security is our highest priority, our buildings are manned 24/7, patrolled throughout the day and night. If there are any concerns please speak to reception or call us for any help / concerns.
