Enjoyed my time here, staff are friendly and welcoming, the finishes are of a high standard and the social space and activities are enjoyable. But just getting too expensive.
I am very happy with the facilities of the accommodation and how they are making it better by including sky sports and ps5. It’s also wonderful how Pauline and her team keep the place so clean always.

I have an amazing and comfortable experience during I live here. it has advanced and convenient facilities ,also the staffs are really friendly and warm-hearted so I highly recommend you to live here and I really misshere time living here.
Management is amazing. They keep up with maintenance and cleaning, they organize little events every week or every other week and sometimes provide drinks and snacks. A great place to live, the rooms are 90% sound proof for optimum privacy and living on the higher floors gives you such a great view (i can see the edge of peak district from my room!). They email us before any maintenance needs to take place (ex: cleaning windows or checking kitchen facilities) so you know if you'll be expecting them. Staff on site and friendly and helpful
River street tower is an excellent place to live. It is cozy, modern, and quite functional. The staff on-site are friendly and patient; they also arrange fun activities such as Bingo night and speed greeting. Special thanks to Ms. Amy! She is very kind and is always ready to help. I have only lived here for a short time but she has saved me from trouble several times. Could not be more thankful, and wish her the best!
I have been living in River Street Tower for most of the year and will be living here for the next year! The disinfection and cleaning every morning is reassuring! 24 small front desk service is also brilliant!
The staff of rst are brilliant and they take the interest of student as priority. There are always small fun activities on ground floor. Rst is one of the best choice I have ever made!
The team members in RST are nice and great. Also thanks for the cleaning ladies because they provide us with a clean environment. Thank you for their support.
I live there one year. It s an unforgettable experience for me if I come back to Manchester I definitely will live there again
Very comfortable and quite, items in room are new, people in reception are so warn, worth it!
Amazing living facilities and great location only 10 minutes away from uni and really close to the city centre.
The building is in a perfect location, it’s a small walk right into town where you have shops bars and restaurants which is perfect for a student with a busy social life. All the staff that work at River Street are amazing, they are all so kind and friendly and they always try to do everything they can to solve any issues you are having. The only downside is there are quite a few maintenance issues due to how fast the building went up, and it hasn’t been completed to a very high standard. Another disappointing thing was when we moved in we were told there would be a roof terrace which there isn’t which is very disappointing.
Everything is good and the cleaning staff works well due to every where is clean every day. Also, PAuLinE the cleaning supervisor is very nice and well qualified supervisor.
First of all, the location of the apartment is very convenient, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Secondly, the price is very cost-effective in Manchester Thirdly, our apartment is well-equipped with facilities. There is a public kitchen, a cinema and a gym. There are billiards and table tennis tables downstairs for everyone to exercise. Besides, the staff has a very good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. They can be contacted 24 hours a day
The design of the room is very cozy and nice. I enjoy the time staying in the room. The staff of the apartment is very kind and responsible.
High quality of accommodation and service, friendly and efficient receptionists, especially Amy and Alex😊. I really enjoy the living experience there
So Good!Nice receptions especially Amy!Best manager Alex!Like them so much😍
River Street tower was a great place to spend my student years! The common facilities are fantastic (meeting room is a great place to study). Besides, you have different ways to relax after tough uni day, such as big cinema room, gaming consoles, table games or just socialising with people in the excellent and vibrant social area. The rooms are nice, especially, I enjoyed huge and convenient shared kitchen. Special thanks to all staff members (Amy, Daisy and James were lovely, welcoming and friendly!)
I’m really enjoying living here. My room, the flat space, the social space facilities are great. So close to the centre of town and a 10 min walk to uni. The reception staff are all lovely. Some furnishings in the flat have had some issues with due to the speed of the building going up but maintenance (Darren) is always very helpful. Would recommend living here.
So I am actually here to thank the super nice cleaning supervisor- Pauline Nolan ! I was terribly sick one day and vomited on the floor and sofa which are really hard to clean!!! I totally had no idea what to do, but after I emailed the reception, nice Pauline came to help me with the mess I’ve made😭😭 I was really overwhelmed because the smell left in my room was super terrible to be honest. She brushed my sofa and the floor, and also gave me a bottle of air fresher spray, told me to drink more water and take care of myself. The next day, she also came to check whether I am good and even moved the chair out for further cleaning and brushed my floor again. It really made me feel warm since I am living in a foreign country alone. So glad I chose river street tower and many thanks to dear Pauline Nolan!!
Everyone is so lovely, James and Amy are so friendly always there to help. Darren is prompt to solve any maintenance problems. The shared spaces are always kept clean. However the building was put together in a rush and the cracks show (cupboard and paint jobs, just the small details)
River Street Tower is an extremely modernised student accommodation and in my personal opinion it’s very clean and organised. James and Amy were extremely and due diligent as well and made my uni life more comfortable.
I must say I can’t find the other accommodation better than this one.So friendly staff,well-equipped flat and warm environment.
Living in RST has got to be one of the best thing to happen in 2020 honestly
