close to university, nice accommodation, plenty of space.
It is really inconvenient for picking up parcels, it is only limited to after 6 p.m. during summer time. Terrible for online shopping enthusiast! In addition, WiFi sometimes performs poorly.
The location is perfect, some of the front desk staff are really nice, the Irish lady with the glasses is superb ! However, a few things I didn't like about LH is that it isn't too diverse, I am an international student myself and couldn't really get the chance to experience the British College life because everyone in the building spoke my language... The lifts are really slow so it takes absolutely forever to wait. The windows are also really dirty so despite the view you get at LH is really great, you can still see the dust on the windows... But overall I would give it a 3/5.
It’s a good location but not worth the money. For the amount you pay you would at least expect things to be fixed in a week if broken like they state. Doesn’t happen. Lifts constantly break with no indication of fixing. Staff are unhelpful and frankly couldn’t give less of a care unless you publically say something online.
