I have had a lovely experience especially with the management. They are extremely helpful and lovely people. Another bonus is the wifi which is available 24/7 without any charge. The property is extremely clean and neat. The common area allows students to interact with one another and I have made friends very easily. My experience with PP has been incredibly nice and wonderful!!

Piccadilly Point Biography
Choose to stay at Piccadilly Point and benefit from being minutes away from MMU and the University of Manchester. On your doorstep, you have Manchester Piccadilly train station and the Mayfield development where you can find markets and events, food stalls, workshops and a park.
Inside the building, you have a selection of modern social spaces, including a common room with a pool table and comfortable seating and a study area with desks and chairs. There is also a gym on-site that opens early and closes late for your convenience. You can also benefit from having on-site vending machines and car parking at other properties for an additional charge.
Piccadilly Point has two room types for you to choose from. You have the option of sharing a kitchen with flatmates, whilst staying in an en-suite room or you can opt to stay in your own self-contained studio.

It’s was a great experience living in Piccadilly Point. The accommodation is close to the station which is a bonus. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful.

It is an amazing place to live with diverse communities and helpful staff. Also connected to the city centre, easily accessible by walk to the bus stops and the university.

I have lived at Piccadilly Point (PP) Manchester for over two years and am expecting one more year. I would say it is my favourite accommodation in Manchester. The location of PP is fantastic. Being situated in central area of the city, you have easy access to a variety of amenities and services that are essential to your daily living. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the vicinity, and you are just a stone's throw away from public transport links that will take you to any part of the city in no time. The layout of room at PP is also superb, especially Studio I am living in now, with ample space but a great price. This creates a welcoming and cozy ambiance that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Overall, PP Manchester is a fantastic place to live, with its great location, superb layout, and excellent functionality. At last, A BIG SHOUT OUT to Piccadilly Point Team, especially to Cristina and Jordan,these two lovely staff members who make PP better

Overall, it is a decent accomodation because the rooms are good. However, it lacks multiple facilities. As it lacks a social place for people to hold personal events, other flatmates have to stay awake the entire night when parties are held, which is the biggest drawback of this accommodation. The walls are too thin hence everybody can hear what everybody is doing. The accommodation does not conduct even quality events. They are held once in a blue moon, that too with very less food and amenities. The accommodation has never held a proper dinner which serves proper food and not packaged one. Moreover, if everybody starts attending these events there is no space for people to sit or stand as there is no big common get together hall. There are no grocery store nearby. We need to walk a lot to buy anything. The gym has old squeaky machines and no gym mats. Apart from the room, I wouldn’t say that I am pleased with Piccadilly has to provide as compared to other reasonable accommodations.

A very good student accommodation with easy access to travel anywhere in and around manchester or even inter cities as the main railway station of Manchester (Piccadilly ) is 5 min walk away. Market street, City Center is 10 min walk away. Overall the best one to stay during ur course period.

Piccadilly point is located center of the city! It’s very convenient as it is closer to University, city center and railway station. The maintenance and management is really good.

The staffs are friendly with all queries, the maintenance team work efficiently. I have experienced few times of circuit tripping, and the staffs at reception are always happy to solve it. I love the gym and it recently extended its opening hours which is great for busy students. The only problem is that, the kitchen hood is a bit noisy recently, and I have asked for maintenance but only quiet for a short time period, this might be a problem for studio people.

One of the reception staff impersonated to be head of management and was rude and condescending about my request to extend my check-out time. I request to check-out at 12 pm instead of the 10 am normal checkout time to provide me enough rest and time to complete packing. The reason I request the 2-hour extension is because I had an online exam the previous day and a friend of mine would only be able to help move my belongings after 10 am as he is working as a doctor and works night shifts. When explaining my situation to her, she would constantly interrupt me and dismissed my circumstances. Although, I understand that the request can be denied which I fully accept that, her condescending attitude and manner about my request was highly inappropriate and unprofessional as the face of the accommodation. Besides the terrible reception team. Location is great, very few socials, average facilities and many old appliances in rooms but still in working conditions.
