Applying to Nottingham Trent was one of the best decisions of my life. The vibrant student life on and around campus, the working community within my course (big up architecture) as well as the unparalleled oppurtinites for students seeking success both during and after their studies makes NTU the one for me. Companies often visit our Student Union to host events with chances for networking opportunities - plus freebies! The lecturers here genuinely seem to care about their students. I love it here! There is truly something for everyone in NTU.

I’ve been at Brackenhurst campus for the past year and I couldn’t fault it. Ideal for those that don’t want a busy city life. All the staff are lovely.
I have had the best time at Nottingham Trent University so far. I am in my second year and I don’t think I have one complaint.

Since being at NTU I have come out of my shell and accepted me for me, with all the support from lecturers and other students, first year has been amazing, whilst the support services at NTU have been out of this word, helping me come to terms with my own mental health as well as a recent diagnoisis, if I wasn’t at NTU, I don’t know whether I would have had all of this! This is the university I chose and it was the best choice I could have made!

No campus feel to the university as it’s all in the city, accommodation provided by uni is awful

Loved the societies and their social night is the best of the week. Really enjoy the atmosphere around NTU and the gym is great too. Plenty of support if I needed it. Great uni to meet friends, have a good night and get a good degree.
Trent has such a good Students Union! Extremely satisfied with every part of uni.
Great accomodation, not so good wifi
The campus is very nice but slightly out of the way being in Clifton and not the city. It has a much better campus feel than the city, however. The student union on campus could do better to entice students to join in with events there.
I've had a great experience and met many close friends. I've falling in love with my course and love being at the uni.

Nottingham Trent has got to be the University which is the full package! Clifton Campus is a modern, ever improving campus which offers quality facilities and the best working environment, whilst the City and Brackenhurst Campuses too have some of the best facilities going. The nightlife in Nottingham is definitely one of the biggest perks for picking Trent, you're not going to be left disappointed, Ocean Wednesday's, Rock City Thursday's and SU on Saturday's are some of the best night outs in the country and I've never had a bad one at Trent! The wide range of societies and sports clubs which Trent offer is second to none and you're bound to find a club which suits you; aided by a Students Union which works tirelessly to tailor you needs. I can't really fault Trent in any aspects, the student environment is electric and you easily find yourself immersed into a culture where you make friends for life. I'm so glad I chose Trent, and it will be a decision you won't regret

The Law school is amazing and the uni makes to feel like you belong with so many events and societies always getting you involved.

Fantastic uni. All facilities are modern, library is especially impressive, even if you can never get a seat. Most importantly for me though was how amazing the support was there regarding mental illness. This uni went out of its way to make me feel comfortable and happy whilst I was there. Really great place

A great university, especially for creative subjects. Impressive resources that are easy to access, including library, workshops and student union. Some great contacts can be made, and the career/placement team are very helpful.
I’m more than happy with my choice of uni and first year has been amazing , I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else now.
The facilities are amazing and allow me to reach my full potential. The staff and student services are fully prepped to help out when you need some extra support

I really enjoy my uni experience. They gave great support to non-Uk students. The course is well organised with a balance between theories and practical experience Uni gym is good value for money, and there are many societies that you can take part in
I study fashion marketing a personally wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t know who tajes these student satisfaction surveys but I can tell you that the majority of the course isn’t satisfied. The course is boring, repetitive, not based on fashion, and poorly organised.
I personally find the university great, the facilities we have access to are endless. The lecturers on my course are great and have great industry knowledge. The careers team are amazing and are always on hand to help. The library staff are also very helpful.
Everything is so close, easy to get to places. I havent joined any societies but if you play sport theres loads of teams etc. havent really been to the su much apart from su nights in freshers. Student Services are really helpful - they looked over our second year house contract and basically advised us that the company was rubbish, so helped us find a new one. Uni gym is good and good value for money.

Perfection! Everything I could have asked for and more. The new facilities on all 3 campuses are amazing, the library is great but does get busy at exam time. I am in Rugby Union and loved it met lots of mates through it. If you don't think you want to be in a society try lots of different ones when you get there whether its gaming, film, make-up sport,there will be something for you there are hundreds of societies. The student union (NTSU) are very friendly and very approachable.

Would recommend this uni to anybody. All the facilities are clearly shown and you are notified about any events that could help you with your course and future career. The support services and the union provide so much information to keep you informed of any changes to the job market etc to ensure you make the most out of your time at uni. Everything is very close together and all staff are very approachable if you need any help.
Trent is pretty f****** good, lovely campus with a brilliant SU, the student support is great, the campuswide wifi is pretty poor though (on clifton anyway.)
The equipment such as PCs and printers outdated. Constantly breaking down with no repairs done out of hrs. This is due to the rental of dated equipment. The library looks great but isn't big enough for all the students in peak times. The whole university is geared with making money as its number one priority. Not the students. The sports clubs are elitist, you need several hundred pounds to take part in them, but be warned they are cliquey The student union is not fit for task it doesn't represent the interests of the students. Regularly overhyping consesions they have achieved from the university, that frankly were going to happen regardless. They have fixed price taxi fairs which are a min of £1 more expensive than normal none student price, unsafe taxis as well The building itself has a over priced bar serving expensive poor quality food along with a expensive Costa. There is a gym but again to use its at a premium. Over subscribed thus hard to use any equipment.
Literally best university choice could of picked. Lovely accommodation, great variety of nightlife, great facilities and everything is walking distance if your in the city campus. Even though your in the city, all the uni facilities and uni accommodation are extremely close together so its like your own student village.
Great all in all- the SU is amazing and obviously the best in the UK- seriously recommend, the societies and clubs are there all year round so if you are interested in joining somewhere new I recommend joining a few societies maybe sports clubs.
Great facilities and experiences on offer

Clifton Campus is like a small village. You are minutes away from the student shop which houses your every need. Minutes away from the student union, where you have the bar and Costa. Not as expensive as you may think. All money goes back into the university to fund projects. It is a lovely campus and even easy on the eye. Everything you can possibly want is on campus or just around the corner, or a small bus journey away.
New pavillion area is great. The point is as good as can be tbh- good place to socialise with friends. The library is a nice place to go to be alone and also to get you away from your depressing room. Joining clubs and societies is essential, however not enough is done to encourage people to join them
Good uni, deserves a higher place in the rankings and better rep. Very good quality education.
It's quite modern and has quite good facilities however the library is way too small especially during exams season , they should really extend it a part from that, the architectural structure is great and the lecture theatres are pretty

NTU is an outstanding university with amazing facilities. 24 hours library and great wifi. Students union and the gym is also great!

Have to keep putting my password in to access internet. Not enough societies, need a chess society . Not enough computers in the libraries. Need labview on boots library computers.

Amazing absolutely love it here!
It is a really great university with great surroundings and clubs to join. it is very inclusive and good to make friends. However, i find the club options are very limited to some extent with only one dance club and not too many general interest clubs to join. I would love to see more of a range in dances, however the sports is very varied.
Nottingham as a city is extremely diverse and lively. Good clubs and good student life. Nothing more to ask for
Great uni with great support! Huge variety of courses with something for everyone! Local halls close to all campuses and some a great for the price.
Amazing university! Just a shame about some of the other students always looking to brawl or they cannot handle the drink!
Right in the city centre, everything you could want within walking distance. Uni itself is really modern and the clubs/SU is so good.

Trent is an amazing uni with graduates performing higher than a lot of Russell group universities. The student body is both friendly and fun and the facilities on offer are second to none. The best decision of my life was coming here!

Great vibrant city campus, bustling with life. On the way to campus buildings, many places to stop in for amenities such as food and drink, like the indoor SU Costa Coffee, the SU bar with the friendliest staff or the NTSU shop. Happily sit in the SU quite often. The library is 24/7 and always has a free computer somewhere.
Amazing first year, lots of great opportunities to meet new people and settle into uni life. Great facilities in the student union and throughout campus.

Being a student at Nottingham trent has provided me with so many things. I really enjoy my course, I love the student union and there is a massive range of societies to get involved in, and the student club nights always offer a great night out!
