    About York House

    York House is ideally located right next to the city centre with shops, bars and restaurants, meaning you have plenty to explore and enjoy when you're not busy with class. You couldn't be closer to campus as Nottingham Trent University is less than a three-minute walk away. 

    The accommodation is brand new, so you can enjoy being among the first to use the brand-new rooms and facilities. There’s a state-of-the-art gym which is open 24 hrs and free to use. There is also a multimedia room, lounge, games area and plenty more amazing social spaces. For added convenience, there is in-house housekeeping, laundry facilities and site staff 24/7.

    All the rooms are stylishly designed and have plenty of natural light. There are three different size ensuite rooms in cluster flats or four types of self-contained studios to choose from. They all come fully furnished with a comfy bed, ample storage space and a study area.
