University of Greenwich

As a first-year undergraduate psychology student, I may say that this marvelous university with an astonishing campus has opened to me new opportunities and challenges. Teachers are friendly and they always aptly help students. Depending on the lectures’ subject, sometimes I would like to have them more engaging, but for the first year of psychology basis, I assume that they were okay. Moreover, I’m always keen on expanding what I’ve learned from lectures by extra-reading, going to the library (which is also an amazing building with every kind of facilities). Overall, I am satisfied with my choice ☺️

University of Birmingham

I study Medicine here, and I found that the staff are friendly and very approachable. My Personal Academic Tutor always found time to help me. I received consistent emails telling me about various events I could attend or services I could use. There was some emphasis put on wellbeing, which I definitely appreciated (Especially the opportunity to see therapy dogs during exam season). As an international student, it may seem daunting, but joining a society is well worth it, and it's partially thanks to societies like MedSoc big band that I'm so excited for second year. The sports and fitness center is also very good, with a pool, a huge gym, several courts, and even a rock climbing wall.

Loughborough University

The university has great facilities and an outstanding campus! Great value for money for the number of lectures, labs and contact time students receive especially compared to hundreds of other universities which have hardly any modules. There is great support by tutors as well as lectures if help is required. The sport facilities are outstanding at Loughborough especially IMS sport which is where halls compete against each other. This allows everyone to get involved with sport at a much lower and fun level.

University of Strathclyde

The facilities are amazing, eveyrthing is either very new, cool 70's buildings that are well maintained, or very old buildings like the royal college that are beautiful to be in and still have great equipment. There is always tonnes of support (even more than a lot of people care for!) and EVERYTHING is super close together, literally nothing is more than 5 minutes from halls including the incredible Strath Sport. The shops are nearby, and so is the train station, bus station, and all of the city centre and clubs, we never have any trouble walking where we want to go, and never get put off due to something being too far. Overall it always feels like everything has been thought off, right down to kitchens with microwaves and kettles on campus and in the union where you can heat food brought from home. Wifi is literally everywhere too, and very quick, overall an unbeatable uni in the best location.
