
I'm classed as legally disabled under Autism Spectrum Disorder, and I have been mistreated and manipulated whilst staying in one of their many converted buildings, specifically URB13, En Suite Room. At the start of my University year I struggled to come out of my room, socialise with others, go into the kitchen. I didn't use the kitchen for months, only going in when nobody else was in, as a way to cope with my social anxiety. I'm always the one who has to mop up and vacuum everything in there, despite never using it much. The water is always turning cold, the heaters are almost never on, and the wifi is constantly having problems. All issues reported result in the same treatment, send someone round after a WEEK and then say it's fine, for it to do the same thing all over again. I'm almost pretty certain they blocked me from emailing them or put my emails in the bin before reading them.

Absolutely disgusting to not reimburse young woman when the windows are clearly faulty and not fit for anyone to live in. Customer service team are absolutely horrible and sarcastic which I find unprofessional and rude.
They stole my deposit and haven’t returned my emails / calls, very rude. Do not stay here it is not worth it.

Worst experience. Pigeon infestation in my room. Rude racist passive aggressive management. Was temporarily homeless due to the lack of care this accommodation provided!!
