Mansion Place is ideally located on Boston Street in the heart of Nottingham. When looking to get out and about, you can explore the city centre and all the fantastic amenities and various forms of entertainment it has to offer. The building is situated close to Nottingham Trent University and a short journey from the University of Nottingham.
There is a selection of great social spaces, where residents have the opportunity to mingle and get to know their neighbours, such as a common room with a communal TV and a cinema room. To ensure your stay is as convenient as possible, there is secure bike storage, a laundry room, WiFi, all-inclusive bills and contents insurance. For an added sense of comfort, there is CCTV, secure door entry and on-site maintenance.

It is a nice place to stay if you are a student who is looking for a budget friendly stay and if you are an Indian it is much better as there are many Indian students who are very friendly. Coming to common space and hospitality the team makes sure to arrange events and fun activities to get comfortable with other people.

I am currently staying at Mansion Student, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Way too good for a student accommodation

My time at mansion place has been an averagely good one, it’s got the highs and lows as any other student accommodation, but I would say it’s a good place to call home for the duration of your studies. As regards the vicinity, it’s located just in the city centre and within walking distance to everywhere. There’s construction going on around so the noise from this could be really infuriating during the day. The windows do an 80% job on blocking out the noise, but during summer, you don’t wanna be closing your windows as it gets really hot, so you just have to bear with the noise from the construction during the summer. If you like a clean shared amenities like I do, your flatmates would determine if your stay would be filled with complaints or not. I share the kitchen and bathrooms with 6 other people and it’s not been a good experience as not everyone likes to be clean, unfortunately. Finally, it’s not a bad accommodation, it’s just got it’s lows and benefits.

I am so glad I picked mansion to stay in, with covid I was unable to view anywhere before booking so I was so lucky to come here and have such a nice place to live with staff who really look after you. Value for money I think is better than student halls.
I’m leaving at Mansion Place for the third year as it’s the best student accommodation that provides support from the management team.
The staff at Mansion Place are lovely and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, rather spacious and have everything you need. Location is ideal for getting into the city centre and to NTU city campus, with bus stops being nearby to take you to NTU Clifton or Brackenhurst campuses. Social spaces in the building are really good too especially the cinema room which is perfect for movie nights.
I have fully enjoyed my time at Mansion Place and have been able to meet some really great people. The location is fab and so close to the city centre. Debbie and Sarah have been so helpful from the start and deal with any problems so quickly and efficiently.
Facilities and staff have well surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend.

Mansion Place is a prefect location for the City Centre and really well connected with transport (bus& tram). It's perfect for NTU, Uni of Notts & QMC. I have a studio which is really modern and the en-suite bathroom is really nice too. Debbie and Sarah are both absolute angels and are always there to help you out!
Mansion Place has been nothing but accommodating. The rooms are bright, clean and modern, and the price for the room includes everything that you need, aside from your TV License. There is plenty of storage, including under-bed storage, too! The staff here are honestly the nicest people I've ever met. If I've ever had any issues, which have been very few and far between, I've always felt comfortable speaking to staff about it, and this has then been sorted within a matter of days (often sorted within 48 hours). The other facilities at Mansion Place, including the Cinema room, Laundry Room, and Communal Areas, are always clean and tidy. I've already booked Mansion Place for my second year of uni, and I'm considering booking it for my third and final year, too. I've looked at other places to live, locally, and I've not found anything that is offering as much as Mansion Place is, both physically, as well as through their staff. If you're thinking about booking Mansion Place, go for it!
Absolutely great place to stay, very nice and happy to help staff who go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your stay. Being so central in the city is well is such a bonus, especially with supermarkets and restaurants etc. All being in close proximity. You’ll no doubt meet some sound people and vibe.
I have loved staying at Mansion Place, being in the centre of Nottingham is so convenient and it’s actually really easy to get the the University of Nottingham campuses, especially QMC and University Park by tram. The building managers are so helpful and always really nice which is something I was worried about but they are amazing. The hallways and lifts are always clean and smell great too. I stay in a studio and the facilities and layout are perfect. Love the aesthetic of the room.
My experience at mansion place has been great, I have a studio and its open plan, very spacious and comfortable. The facilities are all great and of good quality. The hospitality team is amazing, Debbie and Sarah are extremely helpful and always prompt with any issues you may have. Overall I have enjoyed my experience and if it wasn't my last year at university I would definitely have stayed on for another year.
