Kincardine Court Biography
Kincardine Court is ideally located within the heart of Manchester and is only a short walk from Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester University, the Royal Northern College of Music and the Manchester Business School. The surrounding area has plenty of cafes, takeaway shops, nightlife, green spaces, convenience and even a Chinese supermarket.
You and your friends can watch TV or play a game of ping-pong in the common area or bask in the sun in the outdoor social space during the summer months. If you are looking for a quiet space to get some work done, you can make use of the communal study space equipped with desks, chairs and whiteboards. There is also a cinema room and vending machines for you to take advantage of.

My experience here started rocky, due to a delayed check in and finding out that the advertised parking doesn’t exist. However my experience here since then has been nothing short of perfect. The staff are extremely kind, caring and helpful. Every time I come in I am greeted by staff and asked how I’m doing. To name a few, Zobia and Lexi in the reception are amazing members of staff. And Dave from the maintenance team is a pleasure to see around the site. I would confidently say that these three members of staff are likely the sole reason I never pushed further into the complaints process about the false advertisement of parking.

KC is a nice place to live and the facilities are great, we have a washing machine in the kitchen rather than a communal laundry room. Lexi and Zobia are very helpful and always smiling and Sheila is nice in the mornings for the breakfast. Dave does a lot of maintenance things which helps me a lot

I like this place it’s good place to live. Zobia and Lexie help me a lot and help me to check in. David is good with fixing my room. The staffs are very great and the breakfast in the mornings is nice

I enjoy my experience at kincardine court. I especially love the breakfast mornings! Very close to the university. Very convenient to go to AGLC especially during final week. And have breakfast on weekdays, and drinks every day.

I have enjoyed my stay, my room is big and my en-suite facilities are great. The kitchen is large, with washer and dryer facilities which make life much easier. The only issue I had was with my shower, which still hasn’t been fixed, I’m still able to use it but it isn’t working as well as before.

One of the best places to live as a student. Very close to the university however not lots of food shops around. Accommodation is very clean and staff are always helpful. Big shoutout to Lexi and Zobia for helping me with any issues I’ve had.

This is a fairy apartment! It is very close to the school and there is also a self-study room, which is very convenient for students to study. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which is a great experience. Lexi is also the front desk staff I like very much. I remember that she introduced our room very enthusiastically and patiently on the first day when I came to KC, which left a very good impression on me. She also played football for us during the World Cup and was so nice! In addition, Zobia is also very friendly, very down-to-earth and reliable!

the Kincardine Court is a very comfortable student flat in Manchester, and this is my second year living here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a free breakfast every morning with delicious bread and drinks. It's very close to the University of Manchester and it's convenient to go to school. I like it very much and I'm definitely going to renew it next year. Lexi， Zobia ，Dave

My experience at Kincardine Court was tough at the beginning but because of the staff members, I gradually settled in without no issue. When there has been issues, reception was there to help me out as soon as possible. Overall, they’ve been a great supportive team who are always welcoming and ready for conversation.
