The most amazing halls ever. Have made best friends from it for life and we had the most fun imaginable
These halls have made my university experience so throughly wonderful and I honestly adore every moment because of the wonderful people in such a great set up. I cannot emphasise enough how brilliant Mardon is, I wake up every morning thrilled and feeling so lucky to have been put in such a fabulous place.
I am in a shared room which is not perfect and the paint is peeling off the window other than that its wonderful and could not be better. Especially the food which is nicer than expected.
Best hall on campus by far. Great central location. Short walk to anywhere on campus. Great social experience. Common room and library, with a piano! Sharing a shower block is fine, was never a problem for anyone. You will be proud of Mardon Hall when you live there.
Best hall on campus
Mardon hall was ideal. The fact that there are only 100 people makes it very communal as everyone knows each other. I have moved on to living with friends from Mardon for the 3 following years and we still have a very close-knit 'Mardon family'. Shared rooms also helped to create this family feeling, as you get to know people on a deeper level. I shared a room and got along very well with my roommate, at no point did I regret choosing a shared room.
