I have been living in Pavilion Court for almost 2 years now and it is the best accommodation decision that I could have ever made! I am in the classic Studio. There are plenty of different formats for the room, but the one I choose was awesome and very comfortable for only 1 person. I recommend it to every student that is searching for an accommodation. They have shared flats as well. All the bills are included and the location is simply fabulous. 10min by bus to the University of Kent and a 5min walk to the city centre high street of Canterbury. Perfect location for any student wanting to stay outside of their campus in Canterbury. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Absolutely love them! Again, for the location, the accommodation in itself, all bills included, it is definitely worth every penny! I once had a problem with my boiler and it was fixed on the same day! Amazing work by the staff. Never had a problem with afterwards. I am so sad to leave, I'm graduating this year.

There is a handy kitchen and on-site gym available for you to use whenever you want! The building is also equipped with CCTV and secure key entry to keep you and your belongings safe at all times. To ensure your stay is as convenient as possible, there is WiFi, bike storage and a management team. All the important bits are covered including contents insurance, all bills and even laundry which is free.

I love pavilion court it is so much better than my previous accommodation derek and Michelle are lovely and I’ve met some brilliant people here the only issue I’ve found is that before we didn’t have a social space but Derek and Michelle turned the gym into a common room and I find myself in there with my mates every now n then which is exactly what we needed. The accommodation themselves are brilliant definitely good value for money. I’m in a 1 bedroom apartment and I love it. The location is perfect not even a 5 minute walk from the high street and about a 15-20 minute walk from my campus at cccu. Basically come see this accommodation it’s amazing a little bit more expensive but worth every penny in my opinion.

I would highly recommend pavilion court to any student starting in Canterbury. The location is perfect as its right next to a station, sainsburys and its right next to the town center and the on site staff here very friendly and amazing. They will help aid you with any problem or issue you have. The flats themselves are a very good price for a student.

i was already very excited to move into Pavilion Court last September, and since Pavilion has completely exceeded my expectations. it’s such a lovely accommodation and the managers Derek & Michelle are amazing and so friendly. they really make the accommodation sparkle and are definitely the best assets here. the apartment itself is very comfortable, safe and homely to live in. the facilities are easily accessible and the management are always making sure that everything is working well and suits the residents. I’ve already signed the agreement for next year and will be staying here with my boyfriend for the entire of our university adventure. so thankful to derek and michelle for making me feel safe & for giving me people to speak to or even turn to for help, advice or even just for a chat

Derek and Michelle have both been wonderful throughout my stay. They both have gone above and beyond to help with any issues that arise. Building is always quiet, secure, clean and tidy, packages are safe and secure. Would highly recommend renting here.

Enjoyed my stay in a studio flat with my partner. Didn't need social spaces as I am not too sociable. Very nice place to stay, with friendly helpful staff. Would stay another year if not for my partner graduating and needing office space.

The best thing about this accommodation is the location. But the building is old and you’re paying more than other student accommodations for nothing really.

The managers (Dennis and Michelle) are what make this place, truly two wonderful people passionate about their jobs! Always kind, considerate and helpful. Great place to stay and the location to UoK is great. Bus stop is close by, Sainsburys built into the building (you won’t notice it) and Canterbury high street close by.
When I first arrived to Pavilion Court I was welcomed warmly by both Michelle and Derek and during my time here they have been incredibly supportive with any issues I have had. I have really enjoyed the room I have been staying in during my tenancy it’s spacious and has all the facilities I need for either studying or just gathering with friends. Pavilion Court is only a few minutes away from the town centre which is always helpful if you need to purchase something urgently and there are bus stops located only a few walks away from the building. In conclusion I have really enjoyed staying at Pavilion Court this year and would wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation to anyone in the Canterbury area for next year.
I have stayed at Pavillion for two years now and have always felt very safe and at home, both Derek and Michelle especially have made me comfortable and welcome. I always have someone to go to if any issues, not that I have many, also if any personal problems. Both me and my parents feel very happy with the services at this accommodation, the gym is accessible and the station and town are very close in walking distance. I would recommend for any student studying at canterbury or kent.

Living at pavilion court so far has been a fantastic experience. The building is wonderful, my room is to a wonderful standard and the location is perfect for commuting, attending uni and night life. I don’t think I can properly describe how wonderful Derek and Michelle have been. They are there for anything I need, they are fast with anything I need help with and are wonderful, kind people! I was happy to sign on to stay another year at pavilion court for the rest of my studies! Highly recommend.

I love it here. I would recommend this accommodation. Supermarket is near, train station near, pharmacy, city centre, university, everything is at walking distance. It's so conveniant!
