My experience at the University of Kent has been a journey of learning, adjustment, and personal growth. Moving to the UK as an international student was a major step for me, and I was excited to begin my MSc in Clinical Psychology and experience a new academic environment. The university has a welcoming atmosphere, and the campus facilities, library, and study spaces provide a good environment for students. Studying in a new country has given me the opportunity to become more independent, meet people from different backgrounds, and develop both personally and academically. However, my journey has also come with some challenges. The visa process, financial requirements, and arrangements for travelling to the UK made the beginning of my university experience stressful. As an international student, I believe clear communication, timely guidance, and accessible support are particularly important during this transition.
