Would recommended living here to anyone, the place is always clean and the rooms are amazing. Sonya is the best property manager you could ever ask for, she's always there for anything you need, not to mention she gives the best advice. If you're looking for a place that feels like home then i would definitely say come here 😊

I stayed in a studio mezzanine room at Leicester One, and it turned out just like the CGI pictures even though I was abit hesitant at first. Sonya, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always available whenever you need her. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. The mezzanine room is very spacious, being able to seperate your work area from your bedroom is great and two TVs is dope! (Free laundry is great too, all my homies hate circuit) The location is great, with Granby Street being basically the main road and centre point of Leicester, providing easy access to everything you need. I never had a problem with the internet, which was always reliable and fast for playing PS5. Overall, I highly recommend Leicester One for its excellent facilities and the supportive environment created by Sonya.

I had an excellent experience at this accommodation! The accommodation manager is amazing—she's incredibly helpful and kind, always putting her students first. The location is perfect, situated at a convenient distance from both universities and central to town, with plenty of food places nearby. The common room is fantastic and looks just like the CGI videos and pictures—an amazing place to relax. I also appreciate the smaller community feel, with only about 50 or 60 residents compared to the 150-200 in other accommodations. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

One of the best things about this accommodation is the personal touch that the manager, Sonya, brings to the table. She truly makes you feel like part of a family and is always there to help with any issues or concerns that may arise. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all of the students are comfortable and happy in their living space. Whenever there is a minor problem during my time here, Sonya has always handled them promptly and efficiently, making sure that everything is taken care of as quickly as possible. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of all of the students living here and treats each problem as if it were her own. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to live in the center of town. There are plenty of food options right outside the door, making it easy to grab a quick bite. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience living here and I am grateful for the welcoming and supportive environment that Sonya has created!!

The place is in a very well location, I thing is one of the most elegant and well finished students accommodation also one of the best equipped, the chill room is very nice, you can study, watch a movie in the cinema, cooking with friends, there is free breakfast available, free laundry and Sonya the manager is very kind, the most helpful person I’ve known.

The location of the accommodation is perfect. City centre is pretty much at your doorstep, Lidl and Aldi are around the corner and UoL is a 20 minute walk at best. There’s many places nearby to try and the bus stations are close if you want to explore further. The social spaces are great for studying and cooking together with your mates, and are often cleaned and kept tidy. Sonya, the property manager, is there often for any questions or issues to resolve and even just checking in to see how are studies are coming along which has honestly made my stay even more pleasant. The rooms themselves are very modern and beautiful. You can’t hear other rooms that you share a wall with and the windows do a great job with noise cancellation from outside. I’ve met loads of amazing personalities and overall it’s a great place to stay during your time at Leicester!

Honestly, I loved being one of the first people to stay at this accommodation. It was so beautiful, nicer than a hotel room stay forsure. I really think the location made everything more accessible and easier to adjust to especially as an International student. The Flat Manager Sonya was a saving grace because she was always helpful and ready to put a smile on my face. Any time I had any sort of issue or needed more help finding things in Leicester she was the first one to drop everything and make sure I got the help I needed. There was never a time that I called and she didn't answer. Compared to some of the other interactions I've seen with friends in their accommodations, it's crazy to see the lack of care or communication between their managers/front desks. Having to always wait or send emails to get the answers they needed, whereas Sonya was just a phone call away. Thank you so much Sonya and Leicester One for giving me a home away from home! 10/10 EXPERIENCE (:

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, balancing comfort and functionality. Communal areas, including study rooms and lounges, are well-maintained, fostering a strong sense of community, and regular cleaning ensures the place is spotless. One of Leicester One's standout features is its prime location on Granby Street. This central location is practical, being a short walk from both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University. The vibrant city center, with its shops and cafes, is right on your doorstep, and proximity to public transportation enhances convenience. The exceptional management, especially Sonya Pepa, the resident manager, is welcoming, proactive, and dedicated to residents' well-being.

Very good location and friendly staff. Making friends was really easy as we all shared the same spaces. Although the kitchen was very busy and made it hard to cook with other 3-5 people at the same time, I am happily satisfied.
