The Summit offers high-quality student accommodation in Leicester with great views across the city. The accommodation is ideally located close to both universities, De Montfort University is just a five-minute walk away whilst the University of Leicester can be reached in twenty minutes.

There’s a lovely private garden for residents to enjoy as well as onsite parking, secure bike storage, and handy laundry facilities. Residents at The Summit can easily keep fit as they have access to the gym at nearby Upperton Road (another Student Roost accommodation).

At The Summit, you can choose from an en-suite room in the Eastern Boulevard block’s four-bedroom apartments, or live in a studio of your own in the Annexe or iconic Summit tower. There’s also one-bed apartments for those looking for more space. The rooms are self-contained with an en-suite bathroom, living space, and kitted-out kitchen with modern fixtures and fittings. All rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, plenty of storage, and a study area.
