The coastal city of Dundee is home to over 19,000 students in two universities, and students can choose between 18 different accommodations options.

Dundee is a student-friendly city and you can expect student-friendly prices for both accommodation and cost of living. If you’re travelling to Dundee by train, you will most likely go across the well-known Tay Rail Bridge, the iron bridge over the River Tay. Part of the city is being regenerated and there are an array (albeit not the most extensive) of restaurants, shops and things to do for students. The V&A Dundee has a contemporary exterior resembling the coastline of east Scotland. You can also find the Glamis Castle, a 17th century fairytale castle, where you’ll find a collection of furniture, tapestries, old weapons and more. According to Shakespeare, a castle stood in that location 1,000 years ago where Macbeth murdered King Duncan. Read more about Dundee
