If you are a lover of golf, you will know St Andrews boasts one of the most famous golf courses in the world, Old Course. It is also a great place for any history enthusiasts as there are lots of castles and museums to explore, along with St Andrews Cathedral. Fife Pilgrim Way is a long distance walking route where you can enjoy some fresh air and there are lots of green spaces around St Andrews to explore, including the 18-acre Craigtoun Country Park. West Sand Beach is within walking distance of the town and the beach stretches for miles. Although there are not many clubs in St Andrews, there are plenty of pubs to visit with friends and enjoy a drink.
