Value for money is okay considering all the bills included and especially compared to other accommodations however flats are pretty small, decent enough size and good for studying but a bigger kitchen and a living room would be preferred. It was quite annoying not having any social spaces like a common room or even a living room in my area. Walls are pretty thin, WiFi is poor, doors are loud, the windows suck. It's pretty far from the uni but it's not that bad it could be a lot worse. There's shops close by like a little cafe, a lidl, lots of hairdressers, a coop, post office etc. I met some awesome people here tho! Not the best place to socialise though as there's maybe only 2 or 3 in a flat. Caretaker dealt with things for me right away, cleaners just do a quite wipe but good to have a cleaner.

Tiny rooms, not worth the money. Rats are running around. You get constant complains about the noise. Fire alarm goes off all the time. Just feels like jail.
Flats are really tiny. In some rooms, one person is a lot already so option to meet friends in your room or flat is very limited. For this price it is possible to rent a big room in a shared flat - which I would recommend. it's not the worst but it's far from best
Where do I even start... Acommodation was filled with rats and cockroaches, cleaners don't really clean, they just wipe the surfaces and take the trash out if 'the bins are not too full'. Not really a social space. Anyone alive only complains about any noice spread. The maintenance guy watches every move you make and reports everything to accommodation team. Prices are constantly increasing and it honestly feels like a prison. We were told not to move any furniture because it's too fragile. The beds are covered with plastic and in all honesty, it is comfier to sleep on the floor, you need to pay for laundry (2.5 for washing and 1.5 for drying). Saw multiple people get bullied by other people in the building. Cons: heating included in the price.
Cheap and good- it was not Hilton but good if you just want to focus on study.
