Please bring back the language courses that were offered before Nov 25. Lots of people wanted to study at the UoN but now have to choose another university since those courses aren't offered anymore, which leads to more loss of revenue.
As stated above, there’s a range of clubs although far from the accom.

Overall, my experience at the university has been positive. The teaching quality is good, and most lecturers are knowledgeable and supportive, especially when you make the effort to engage with them. The course content is relevant and structured well, with a good balance between theory and practical learning. The campus has good facilities, including libraries, study spaces, and online resources that are genuinely useful for coursework and exam preparation. There is a diverse student community, which makes it a welcoming place for international students. While university life can be demanding, the academic and support services help you manage the workload effectively. I would recommend this university to students who are motivated and willing to take responsibility for their own learning.

A fantastic uni, with great facilities, but the wifi in the library is bad during exam season

WiFi often cuts out, however learning, social, and overall campus facilities are good, the SU is quite non existent for the average student I think, with few people that I know including myself ever using it apart from freshers in first year

Jubilee campus is smaller and decent , the WiFi in certain lectures halls can be difficult to connect to when everyone is in there

The University as a whole is outstanding and there aren't any concerns from me apart from the internet. It could be stronger at some points since it doesn't extend to some parts of the main campus such as Coates Auditorium.

Sometimes Eduroam wifi isn't amazing and i have to stay on my 4G, other than that an overall really good experience

There is always something going on in the student union, campus life is really good and the uni as a whole is pretty good. There is quite a wide range of societies however there could always be more.

I’m currently in my first year at the University of Nottingham doing psychology, and I’ve really enjoyed my time so far. The campus is beautiful - so much green space to walk though and a lovely big lake. I’ve found the university have looked after me and supported me in all the ways I’ve needed so far. All the staff I’ve interacted with in the university have been friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, George Green Library is perfect for studying in, the Student Union has a Spar which is well stocked, a hairdressers, various cafes and food places and lots of places to sit and hangout with friends. There’s so many societies to choose from as well as Residential Experience team-run events (for those living in halls of residence). And the sports facilities are top notch. Overall the university has quite a peaceful atmosphere and lovely community, and I’ve found the university to be supportive and welcoming.

Love uni here! Everyone is so friendly and it feels really nice a safe. Loads of support for so many different areas of life from careers to wellbeing. WiFi can be a bit dodgy sometimes but at least it’s free

I wish the hopper bus went to drsv from jubilee
Hi, we are sorry for incovenience caused and appreciate your feedback. Our 903 Jubilee Campus-University Park Hopper usually stops at the East Midlands Conference Centre, roughly a 5 minute walk from David Ross, but can't currently stop there between 7am and 7pm Monday-Sunday. After 7pm, buses can then serve that stop. This is due to National Highways roadworks on the A52 around University Park, which are unfortunately out of our control. Chris, UoN administrator.
My experience at the University of Nottingham has been great so far. The university offers a wide range of student events and activities, which makes campus life engaging and enjoyable. There is strong academic and personal support available for students whenever needed. The professors are knowledgeable, approachable, and very supportive, which creates a positive learning environment. The course structure is well-designed and truly worth it, balancing theory with practical learning. The campus is beautiful, clean, and lively, making it a great place to study and spend time. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at the University of Nottingham and would highly recommend it to prospective students.

Mostly in jubuliee campus. Nice place but everything need appointment and wait. Atrium food is pretty expensive

The wifi is available and accessible from anywhere within the University. The career services is also quite good as they help you figure things out and guide through the facilities available online. There are a lot of clubs and quite confusing at the beginning however its nice that there are a lot of options to choose from and become a member of a certain club. The university campus is very prettt especially in the fall.

I have enjoyed my time at University of Nottingham from start to finish. There are a range of societies for every interest. I have had some great experiences when meeting new people and making new friends. Any problems with tech are easily fixed by the teams who are very helpful. Careers advice is easily accessible too. The variety of study spaces creates a place for everyone to feel comfortable.

I absolutely love coming to uni, it’s great all round. I’ve had some issues with the WiFi, currently my laptop doesn’t connect so I’ve had to use hotspot which is very inconvenient

The University of Nottingham has been a really good place to study so far. Campus is beautiful, proper green, and it actually feels like a university rather than a concrete box. The teaching quality is solid and most lecturers genuinely know their stuff, especially in the more academic subjects. There’s loads of support available academically and personally if you’re willing to seek it out. Student life is big here,tons of societies, sports, and events, and the student (and city) atmosphere is great. Nottingham as a city is also affordable compared to places like London, and it’s lively without being overwhelming. Overall: really good environment to study and meet people, strong reputation, and a proper student city vibe. Would recommend.

At Melton Hall, you can have a Sports membership and enjoy the Jubilee Sports Centre, which is near the Hall, or the David Ross Sports Centre if you wish. Another good thing is the free Hopper bus, which stops a short walk away. Nearby are Lidl (the best price for weekly groceries), Wollaton Park (a 10-minute walk), and a Charity Shop. Furthermore, there is a range of restaurants and big stores like The Range and B&M, both about 20 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is shared by eleven rooms, but it gives me the opportunity to spend good times with others. One of the biggest and most beautiful libraries, Djanogly Learning Resource Centre, is our neighbour, and if you like walking through the stunning scenery of the lake and the Jubilee Hotel, you just need to follow the path. Ah, and if you are a catered student, the Atrium restaurant is only 5-minute walk away. And if you need to store your bike or rent one, there are stations nearby. The room is standard with your own bathroom

Sports facilities and clubs are excellent. Campus is very beautiful, but some academic facilities are a bit dated.

Nottingham University is a fantastic place to study. The campus is beautiful, the staff are supportive, and the courses are well-structured and engaging. There’s a great sense of community, and plenty of opportunities to get involved in activities and societies. Overall, it’s a welcoming and inspiring environment for learning.

the uni has absolutely changed my life - HOWEVER my course is being suspended from next year along with loads more important courses, bearing in mind i study EDUCATION!!! quite ironic in my opinion that in an educational institution they are suspending education. but apart from this uni has really changed my life, especially financially!!! so this giveaway would be much appreciated

Evrything is awesome, I would highly recommend for every student and it's chepar than anywhere else. Maintenance and hospitality is most important thing to consider which is best.

I’m enjoying my time here and I’m excited to see what awaits me as I explore my interests spiritually , physically, and academically. I love serving in societies whether as a member or on committee and I love meeting new people from different campuses and in different contexts. The support I have found to be amazing personally from the lecturers to the alumni and the older students. I feel like I’m able to genuinely chase my interests and passions as opposed to playing it safe or doing what the status quo would suggest. Nottingham has given me my spark back to be honest with you.

It's a nice place, I haven't been there for long but it's a much different experience than my home university. The students and faculty is friendly and the campus encironment is chill

I’ve really enjoyed living at **Raleigh Park** — everyone’s been super friendly and welcoming! The place is comfy, quiet, and really close to Jubilee Campus. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

The University of Nottingham is an amazing place to study and live. The campuses are absolutely beautiful, especially University Park with its green spaces, lake, and historic buildings — it really creates a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The facilities are modern and well maintained, from the libraries and study areas to the sports centre and labs. The teaching quality is excellent, and lecturers are passionate and supportive. There’s a strong focus on both academic development and employability, with plenty of opportunities for internships, placements, and networking. The university also offers great support services, from mental health and wellbeing to careers advice. Student life in Nottingham is brilliant too — the city is vibrant, friendly, and affordable, with loads of shops, cafes, and nightlife.
