Staff are incredibly diligent and welcoming. Facilities rarely have faults and when they do they are quickly repaired. Rooms are always warm comfortable and cosy.
Caroline is the sweetest person, very helpful and always down for a chat.
Caroline is always helpful and should be recognised for it :)
Good accommodation, amazing proactive staff - will help you out with anything! Really good value for money, 5*
Awful. The only good reviews that are left are through offering rewards in exchange for 4/5* reviews. Asked to terminated the contract 7 weeks ago, despite contract saying a response would be given in 10 days still not bothered to decide. Constant emails either begging you to stay or to leave good reviews. In the past have gone to collect parcels from reception and interrogated as to where you are living next year. No cleaners for communal areas which most accommodations would provide for the money you pay. Also means that unless you are lucky and get a good flat either your cleaning everyone else's mess up or living in a very unhygienic environment.
The staff are great, especially the receptionist Emma and Carrol. They are friendly and make you feel welcome at the square making it more comfortable and homely. The square allows you to have a university experience despite being in halls, but everyone is sociable.
quiet room, very close to ntu city campus and tesco express. short walk to the centre of nottingham for shopping.
Great staff with great facilities, very happy I picked Nottingham square.
As a second year student, this is a very good place to live. I was able to book a room to be in the same flat as my friends, and have had the opportunity to make new friends in my flat too. A special mention to Emma, who is an incredible member of staff at reception, for always answering any queries we have, and for always being super friendly. Particularly with the pandemic, staff at Nottingham Square have always had our best interests at heart, and have gone above and beyond for myself, my flat, and I am sure for many others. The flat is very accommodating for our needs, very secure and would happily live at Nottingham Square next year for my final year of study.
Great location - 10 min walk to uni campus and lots of shops / bars / parks nearby Feels very safe and secure Reception always friendly and helpful
Great place to stay, really cheap for what it is and so close to uni!
Value for money is not that bad, however the internet is poor disconnecting often. The social space is non-existent, having virtually no activities . The location is in a rough area, while I have experienced no trouble, I was told by police to be careful, as drug/ gang activity is very high, and I may be held at knifepoint. Furthermore, the property manager of Nottingham square was not very helpful, feeling harassed at different times. As well as the heating going many times and the hot water, for long period of times during cold periods and not being fixed. I rate my overall experience a 2/5 at best.
Lovely staff working here, been very accommodation during the COVID-19 pandemic! Roma are nice and spacious!
Lovely halls, lovely staff, an all round great place to live while at university. Would definitely recommend!
