Location of the accomodation is amazing, right in the city center and 5 mins away from all of the night life and shopping. Staff are all so lovely and helpful with any issues.

Loved my time in St Luke’s! The staff are lovely and approachable and are willing to help you at all times. The maintenance team are amazing, not only do they fix any issues quickly and effectively, they are all truly a lovely bunch of people who are always cheerful and friendly. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from the town, and more importantly the clubs which makes uni life so much fun and safe for new comers who are unfamiliar with the city. Quite sad to leave St Luke’s, but would definitely recommend to first year students.

Amazing staff who are happy to help whenever it is needed. I’m never waiting around when having a problem, someone is always there to help. I’ve lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Liverpool to stay as a Student.

the team here are so good and really helpful , Miucia, Ian, Frankie, Luke and John are my favourite staff always so lovely and willing to help with anything you need. Miucia is our fave, so nice, hilarious, helped me out many times hahaha , love all the staff here and the accomodation is in such a good location, would defo recommend to anyone considering living here

a really safe and secure accommodation, always feel very well looked after. staff are very friendly and always there to help. rooms are delightful and spacious. kitchen is a good size and staff are always coming to check everything’s working well. overall had a very good experience!

ian is number 1 he takes care of us always and he is my bestie i cannot recommend this accommodation for more than ian and frankie cos those two together are the best ever, like the parents you don’t have at uni. Everything else in the flat is excellent including constant maintenance and just generally helping us you out which is especially important in your first year away.

St Luke’s is such a pleasant place to live,modern rooms and decor too.there are some aspects that could be changed eg colour of the walls/chairs etc to make it look and feel more expensive though.The staff here are all so lovely and polite and genuinely helpful.in particular Ian and frankie,two members of staff that have really made the settling in process that but better.They’re such a good laugh,and you can tell they genuinely really enjoy working here.Such a great location and feel a lot safer here now that the main doors get locked at night,although I feel like this should be throughout the whole day

Ian is the best and currently making a hot chocolate. He’s perfect as night security, so friendly and welcoming. He’s helped up when we’ve been in need but also always down for a chat whatever the time. Bring back Frankie he was great too.

I’ve loved staying here throughout my first year at university!! The team down on reception are amazing. One of the student safety team member Ian is amazing, he is so helpful!! Especially when one night in an incident, Ian was super supportive and helpful as well as having the team check on me a couple days after leaving the hospital. Overall a lovely place with lovely people !!

I love St Lukes View. The night team are amazing especially Ian and Frankie. Always a friendly face to see when I come back off a night shift. Muicia, day staff, is so lovely too. The people who work in the building honestly make the whole experience of moving out so much better and I don't know where I'd be without them.

Overall, I am pleased with this accommodation. I feel as though they acquire to any needs I may have and address any situation or problems I may be experiencing. They provide a wide range of social events and activities students can do. Their services are all up to date with easy instructions, for example, circuit laundry. I believe it is in a great location with easy access to Liverpool City Centre. I would recommend this to future students studying in Liverpool.

my first year accomidation, it’s location is perfect being a few minutes walk from town and the unis. The flats are very modern and nice; however you pay for a cleaner who never comes? Flats are mixed between Uni of Liverpool students and John Moores Students - has its pros as you meet students from the other uni but also isn’t like living in crown place etc - proper uni accoms. Socially it is great and you meet lots of people (through pres etc) - can be limited if you get bad flat and don’t make effort. overall 8/10
