Spent my first year here. Great location for uni of liverpool students, opposite the hospital for medic placements and about a 5 min walk to the library and SU. Also walking distance to town and train station in 10 minutes. Tesco, lidl, papa John's, pizza hut, subway all on the same road. Disadvantages is no communal area so difficult to meet people if you dont get on with your flatmates. I got lucky and loved the people I lived with so it was great experience. Also no parking. There are public parking nearby but at extortionate prices for someone who needs a car regularly. Cleaning is up to yourselves, washing machines were always available, it's not as modern as some of the other student accommodations.

Great staff very helpful and supportive
Great location if you're a Uninof Liv student.
Parents if you have somewhere else to put your kids do so. In terms of cleanness this is the worst place, they live like pigs.
Prospect point is rubbish, social life is TERRIBLE, regret staying here soo much , recommend student village (Carnatic & Greenbank). You will die of boredom and depression if you come here.
The hall is ok in some parts but others it isnt... it was very expensive for what I could have got elsewhere The main 2 areas I would love to be introduced is a good sized gym and a real communal area where there are pool tables, table tennis tables and cinema rooms... The good thing I like is the room standard(The furniture). It has that home feeling to it and is nicely finished....
Really good place to live, situated nicely just outside the city centre. Has loads of shops within a 5 minute walk from a number of big grocery shops such as tesco and lidl. Only down side is it wasnt very social. My flat was unreal, got very lucky with who i lived with this year. Apart from the people in my flat i didnt really make friends with anyone else from the halls. So from a social aspect its not that great. But if you love the peace and quiet, its perfect
This is an absolutely amazing place to stay! the rooms are big with en-suite! near to train station and not too far from Liverpool One! also a ten minute walk from mount pleasant campus ☺️ I definitely recommend
I have never been so miserable as when I stayed here. I didn't get on with my flatmates, management and security were horrible, everything g was dirty and broken, showers didn't work. There is no way of meeting anyone else there. Overpriced s****.
Not too far out from the centre, nice resonable 10 minute walk. Also very good security.
These halls are perfect for people who love to party but not every night of every week, so is also perfect for people who aren't the biggest party go-ers.
It really just isn't value for money and the quality of the facilities In the kitchen are poor for the amount of money we are paying! The Landry room is also very bad as the machines are operated by an outside company and on numerous occasions I've found money to be taken off me when I haven't got my washing done! The dryers also stop have way through a cycle too!
there are no common areas outside the flat, unless you count the laundry which makes it very lonely if your not close with your flatmates
staff are helpful and friendly Rooms are a decent size But for £109 I'd expect something more modern or closer to uni
The living room/kitchen area is filled with poor quality furniture and lots of things were broken when we moved in, as well as the bedrooms being dirty. There is only enough couch space for 2 people (in a 6 bedroom flat) and only 5 chairs at the lopsided table. There is often only one gate working to get in, which is too small to fit a suitcase through.
Quiet, 10 min walk from town , Location good, but minimal appliances for money, needs re modernising and upgrading
I think we should have cleaners like almost every other halls out there and we don't have a social area, which we need. It would also be nice to have a grass area for the summer
after paying ludicrous amounts of money on rent myself and my friends spent two years being harassed by security resulting in several meetings with university heads to discuss potential solutions.
For saying we pay more than most places they can't even give you regular inspections. Unclean halls can completely ruin a students experience and it would have been nice for management to fulfil my request for regular flat inspections as I live with VERY messy flat mates. If this was offered I think my experience would have been massively improved. Cooker in the kitchen is broken and has been since the start in which I told the management it's also got disgusting mould on the fan which is not possible to clean should have been changed years ago. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
Nicest halls at this price. Decent location, near all needed shops like Tesco and Lidl. Staff team really lovely and always chat, just a shame the security guards can be unreasonably aggressive and rude without due cause. Things always fixed quickly but showers can often be temperamental with regards to temperature. Overall a good experience.
I didn't fully understand the city before i arrived I expected the halls to be more closer to the city centre. I honestly don't feel that it's worth the price and the fee is higher next year!! There's no common rooms to meet other students you only meet the students from your block
I would not recommend it to anyone. Overpriced rubbish. When we moved in, it was filthy, showers were all broken, extractor fan was hanging off. Management replaced our sofa 3 times which had nothing wrong with it but ignored any genuine problems. No social aspect whatsoever, no common room. Its not in a great area and a very long walk from the science campus. I had friends in cheaper accommodation of a higher standard.
Can be noisy at night but probably the same with all halls. Good for getting into town for a night out!
