Honestly cheap and a good location in town
When I first moved in, there were bird poop on the curtains and stains on the carpet. The social experience highly depends on your own flat. One of the entrances is by the bin room and had loads of flies flying around. Overall, the best thing about Foundry 1 is the security. Wifi is alright for everything except for Facetime calls.
I highly regret living at Foundry 1, Loughborough, in my second year. The management team are very unhelpful, the fire alarm goes off 10 times per day and there were numerous occasions where the wifi was off was several days at a time, which is really not helpful for studying. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone.
