Couldn't ask for a better uni with incredible experiences, lecturers and facilities. The best choice I ever made
Best experience , lovely city and university
During my 3 years I have met, been taught by and worked beside so many great people. You can see how the university is focused on its students, constantly improving to provide the best experience and teaching.
Great area, unforgettable socials
Relatively a good university for my undergrad course; top 30 in UK for it. Next to the seaside so the ocean breeze is a good thing. Windy and not too cold like other inland UK cities.
The uni has a very friendly vibe to it, and there is loads of places to study quietly, the clubs and societies and very fun.
Had loads of help when needed, good facilities, really enjoyed being part of the au.

Excellent facilities such as the new library. A wide range of awesome societies which means there's something for everyone. An all round amazing Uni!

Friendly, laid back, full of resources and enthusiastic lecturers, awesome nightlife, beach and leisure facilities, free bus that runs very regularly, optional seminars so you can further your learning, great library full of journals, books, maps and archives. Overall just awesome, love it!
A fantastic university to be in! Thoroughly enjoy my time there, great communication with the lecturers, great research facilities and the Student Union is helpful and very friendly!

After living my whole life in France I decided to spend a year at the University of Portsmouth.. Honestly the best decision I have made. I don't think I will be living in France any time soon !
The facilities at this university are not up to scratch. The staff on my particular course are not very helpful either
University don't prove anything for £9000. We have to pay extortionate printing costs. They don't invest in sport at all. Computer facilities are not enough in terms of numbers. Lecturers are good however
