Good location close to the city center and train/coach stations
Good societies, student union host good events.
Lots of friendly staff around the campus and lots of different societies to join, there is also alot of options for accommodation around campus

It is a lovely uni,safe and diverse
The facilities for the main marine and science degrees are excellent and although it feels like the arts gets less attention the facilities provided here are also outstanding. The general environment and community created around the SU is great and there’s always something to do. The university offers support in all areas of academic, financial and emotional problems as well.
It has a lovely refreshing atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff.
I am glad i chose plymouth uni as i like the location of the uni and my course. However, sometimes there is need for more support from lecturers.
I like that everything on campus is close together, however the library is always too full to find a seat and there’s not enough seating on campus throughout
