I’ve made it my goal to review this place on whatever website accepts it. The Wi-Fi does not work on laptops almost frequently. If you’re someone that values connection, look somewhere else definitely because this place is absolute bad. There no support on the issue, it’s literally all talk. The Wi-Fi has been acting like this the whole 2 years I’ve been living here. I’m looking somewhere else.

It would be great if you could call into reception to give more information information, whether it is being able to contact Glide to advise of your issues, or to tell us directly your issues with the Glide team and internet. In January, following residents directly feeding back to Glide, they have increased the internet provision at the site that appeart to have resolved the majority of the issues. If you are having specific issues, it may be your local wifi point, in whcih case, Glide will be able to investigate and replace. The best part about living here is the lovely staff. Shoutout to Stuart who always says hello to me and gave me an amazing viewing of the building , taking time to answer every question I had. The location is perfect as you’re in the centre of town and near everything. The building has every facility you need and it’s even next to gym.

I enjoyed living in PCH, the reception people were very friendly and helpful with any issues. The kitchen are nice with decent storage space and the internet speed was amazing. The location is good as well as your close to the town and train station. Drake Circus is within 5 min walking distance.

Great apartment and convenient location. Clean, hygienic and well equipped. A west facing room can be very hot in summer so be careful.

Cross House has been a lovely location to live in, right next to everything I could need and 10 minuets from university campus. The staff made moving in and living here so easy & comfortable. The flat i have is lovely & spacious. Highly recommend:)

Cross house is a nice place to live, keep rebooking my room and want to continue living here. Location is great as super close to the gym and all the food shops be it to cook or order. Close to the best club revolution. Study rooms are perfect to late study sessions or if being lazy to go uni library.

Good place in the centre of town meaning everything was fairly easily to navigate, there's a few plumbing issues but they have been looked at. Staff are very friendly and cleaning is done regularly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Modern interior can in no way compensate for OMNISHAMBLES that is SECURITY & MANAGEMENT. COMPLACENCY of STAFF about SECURITY was ATROCIOUS. Report about MISUSE of MASTER KEYS was IGNORED. SHOCKINGLY, residents later received an email from PCH stating they had been GIVING OUT MASTER KEYS when students had lost room key (evidence on Google review). As a direct result some malicious, depraved thief used a master key to enter my room & stole my belongings. Fortunately I was not in at the time, or something unthinkable could have happened. STUDENT SAFETY is unquestionably NOT a PRIORITY. Reception had no empathy and patronised me – asking if I had ‘lost’ stolen items. If they exercised common sense I wouldn’t have been burgled in the first place! Person I spoke with - who had least proficiency & compassion - allegedly is now the manager of Salt Water Place. I can only hope she has had more training since. HomesFS & PrestigeSL are sister companies. DON'T STAY AT PCH OR SWP

PCH is absolutely amazing, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The rooms are great, so modern and spacious. The staff and students are so friendly and it’s a really welcoming environment. Definitely the best accommodation I’ve seen in Plymouth.

An amazing accommodation! the staff are so helpful and friendly and always there to have you! they have amazing spacious rooms with lots of communal space both indoors and outdoors! the main seller for this building is the communal areas that include, study rooms, pool tables, ping pong, TV's and a cinema room! so many areas to socialise! on top of this the location is a 10/10, it really couldn't get any better. you're within walking distance (within 10 mins) from everything! the main night clubs are only a two min walk and the supermarkets are within 10 mins away! highly recommend this accommodation, especially as a first year student!

Plymouth Cross House is just ideal, the location is perfect, it’s pretty much a 10-15 walk from anywhere you want to go as it’s right in the middle of the city. The staff here are absolutely incredible, in particular the reception ladies Sarah and Yasmin, they are so friendly and helpful and always greet us with a wave as we walk through the door. There is also a wide range of facilities here that are great and are available to anyone at anytime of day. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, I’m so glad I found it.

A fantastic place to start my university experience. The staff at Cross House are fantastic and always willing to sort any problems that you may have. The room size is beyond comparable and has ample storage in both the room its self and the kitchen area. Communal areas are brilliant with plenty of space to study or relax. With a 10 minute walk to the university campus, the location is great. I highly recommend to anybody looking to stay in Plymouth.

Great value for money, getting your own personal bathroom is definitely a plus! The communal areas provide a great chance for socialising and the location is perfect as you are close to the uni, but still in the city centre.
