The Reservoir is a beautiful accommodation. The rooms are lovely the public areas like the common room are always kept in pristine condition. The common room is an absolutely amazing space for silent studying or socialising with friends. It’s brilliant value for the money and i have loved my first year here. I plan to stay here for my whole time at University. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

It's a great place to live and just around the corner from the university. Very convenient location from the store. Aldi on Mutley is an 8-10min walk and there is a Spar right across the street too. The privacy is excellent as well. I would definitely recommend.
This was the first year that the building was available, and when I moved in, there was still a lot of work being conducted around the site; however, despite this, Management kept me up to date with everything going on and when things were taking place. I knew that with anything new, there would be teething problems, but any issues were quickly fixed with the onsite teams. The building is really well located just above the University Campus. There's also a 24/7 shop opposite it, which has been convenient on those lazy days. Aldi is only an 8-minute walk away too. The communal room on the ground floor is a good size with plenty of study space. It is air-conditioned and has a large TV and sofa. The reception area of the building is also usually well decorated depending on the event (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.).
