Hard but interesting, helpful staff and welcoming students
The University of Aberdeen is a great place to study. Various classes, ways to participate and things going on. Student union has various amenities such as a cheap book shop, coffee shop and services on various floors. Other shops on Old Aberdeen streets within campus. Libraries are good however lifts can get crowded quickly in buildings. Quite a small campus however has what you need of it.
My university is the best one , I ever studied. I got lot of positive engagement from my classmates and my teacher. My favourite teacher in the university is elisebath. She helps me alot to go through my assignments. This university really understood my capabilities.
Studying has been going great and the professor’s always makes the classes very interactive and interesting
It’s a good uni and really close to the beach!
What stood out most about my time here was the support. Whenever I needed help, the staff were always easy to talk to and genuinely kind. Whether it was a small question or something more important, they took it seriously and helped straight away, which made living here feel a lot less stressful. Any issues were dealt with quickly, and the team always explained things clearly so I knew what was going on. They didn’t just do the basics, they checked in, remembered people, and made the effort to make students feel comfortable and supported. Knowing there was always someone I could go to gave me real peace of mind and helped me focus on my studies instead of worrying about accommodation problems. It honestly made a big difference to my overall experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to other students.
It's a fantastic place to be. You can feel how much they care and want you to succeed. With nice lecturers and staff, you truly feel at home
Good uni, love the socials also
Love my degree here! Staff are so friendly and supportive, campus is a mix of old buildings and 60s buildings but rooms are still great. Careers are always available and super helpful
I really love the uni, such beautiful buildings and great range of courses. I would say that some lectures could use more consistency. As in, some lecturers have excellent slides that are really great for revision and provide great detail that can only be helped with further reading, and some lecturers don’t post slides at all and are kind of difficult to understand during class.
