Nice environment but most buildings could be renovated. The StudentHub is super handy with a wide selection of food. Lots of clubs and societies. Right now, the university is not taking good care of the students well being.
the student union is crap and the university has struggled during the pandemic to care for student welfare. I enjoy my courses and the lecturing and tutoring staff work hard and give good quality lessons. the university is let down by its senate who continue to place policies that negatively effect students such as the no detriment policy and the rounding down of grades. I do enjoy going to university here however and before the pandemic the nightlife and social aspects of living here were brilliant.
University is nice, but sometimes it has some problems, such as delayed reply. However, I feel be happy to study here.
No Detriment Policy should be put through
The wifi is surprisingly good on campus in my opinion. In general, the campus is very pretty and especially the library has a nice atmosphere.
Nice environment in the university!
Campus is lovely if a bit grey!
i really enjoy being a student and the university of Aberdeen. the campus is beautiful and it is very socialable.
I have enjoyed my time at UoA so far. COVID means I haven't even visited the student union yet. The wifi on campus is good, can sometimes access it at the beach. There are plenty of clubs/societies but many aren't running as normal or at all.
the library is huge and it gives a nice atmosphere vibe to focus on my studies. as the teaching is mostly online and the usage of campus facilities is quite limited, I cannot give much comment on that yet.
