Since moving in December, I've yet to experience the value I expected for my money. The walls sport unsightly holes and cracks, the room wasn't properly cleaned beforehand, and stains are clinging to the bed's edges.
My dissatisfaction stems from the disparity between what I saw during the viewing and the actual room I was allocated post-payment. Addressing my concerns yielded an unprofessional response, suggesting I simply endure the current state until possibly, but not guaranteed, another room might become available by the end of January. The front desk service seemed overly business-oriented, lacking balance in prioritising customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to settle comfortably into the room I've paid for. The environment and condition of the room significantly impact my comfort, prompting me to spend nights at a friend's place instead.
