It's great to hear you have had a great time in your accommodation. Howden is a lovely block to live in on the Ranmoor/Endcliffe site.
Any maintenance issues can be reported by the on-line form or via acs-customerservices@sheffeild.ac.uk. The Student Hub let's you know when you shoudl expect the issue to be fixed.
Clean, sociable space. Close to the edge, washing machines and village shop. Quite noisy but very sociable. Kitchen is big with a couch which is great for somewhere to chill and bring friends round.

Great location and social aspect but slightly lacking with upkeep( cleaners biweekly means flat can get really bad), eduroam is shocking, but it is everywhere. Social spaces are more than sufficient and allow you to meet anyone you like, Great village and great place to live.

We do ask all residents to contribute to keeping the shared spaces tidy, and we're glad to hear you're doing your part. Each flat is equipped with a hoover, mop, and bucket, and our biweekly cleaning of the communal areas should also help maintain cleanliness.
If you're experiencing any issues with the Wi-Fi, please feel free to stop by Customer Services at the Edge to pick up an ethernet cable, which may help improve your connection.
