Having lived here for 2 years already I can only say positive things about Pablo Fanque. Personally I’d remark how well located it is, being in the middle of the city centre and being so well connected to other areas in Norwich it is easy to get everywhere and also for friends living in other areas of Norwich to visit you as well. The staff is really lovely, welcoming and will always be there to help you and will try to fix any issue as long as possible. Talking to friends that have lived in other student accommodations inside and outside university they all agree in how great Pablo is when compared to their own experiences in other places.

My experience here was incredible, it’s my second year in Norwich and it was fabulous here compared to the place I’ve been before, staffs amazing, always here to help when needed and facilities here are nice especially the loft, really looking forward to staying here next year again !

Staff at the accommodation are very friendly and for the most part are generally pretty quick at solving any issues. The accommodation is in a really good location in the city, and right near a bus stop that is only a 20 minute ride to UEA. The rooms themselves are a decent size and are all en-suite, they’re a similar size to on-campus accommodation but slightly nicer bathrooms. The accommodation is certainly one of the more expensive ones in the city, and I’d say it represents a fair value for money.

Nothing to fault with this student accommodation. I originally stayed here in my first year and returned for my final year. This time I stayed in a studio which has an amazing view of the city. The staff at Pablo Fanque House have always been welcoming and have an open door policy meaning that they are always up for having a conversation. The staff has always helped me with any personal struggles that I went through whilst my time at PFH. There is a real sense of community at PFH. The social areas are great spaces to study or relax. They have recently got a pool table are staff are always up for playing a game. When any maintenance problems are reported, they are fixed and resolved in a timely manner. If I were to be a student again would definitely return and stay here. Also the student accommodation always has student experience days where they have food etc.
Pablo is a lovely modern building and the rooms are really spacious too. Different communal areas as well, would recommend!
Pablo is in a fantastic place in norwich, nearby to NUA, all the pubs and clubs with multiple social areas in the accommodation and the maintenance team are very accommodating and extremely friendly!

I have yet to move into this accommodation (moving in next week), however I have never had such a wonderful interaction with student housing before. The team, especially James are so lovely and extremely helpful with whatever you need and more than happy to help with any requests or questions. The flats are in an amazing location and are very modern and clean. Quite trendy for student accommodation! Looking forward to moving in to such a welcoming building, it’s going to be a great year!
Such a lovely team. I have been residing at PFH since September 2020. Rooms are incredibly comfy and well soundproofed if you are keen on. I know it is annoying to get distracted while studying. Especially this year, as students mostly had online sessions. Internet is 10 out of 10. Many thanks to the PFH team for such a cosy atmosphere!

Traveling to the UK for the first time is scary; living in an area that two to three hours away from family members is also challenging. However, ALL of the staff at Pablo Fanque House have been there every step of the way and they have made the transition easier. They are super friendly and they are attentive to the needs of their residents. They made what was possibly a daunting process easier

Thinking of somewhere to book came across this accommodation, from the whole booking a room to meeting the team has been fantastic extremely helpful and great to have a conversation with. If you are thinking of going anywhere I strongly recommend here.
It’s a really modern accommodation with fairly spacious rooms and en suites. The location is amazing and right next to the bus stop. It’s a fifteen minute bus journey to UEA. The windows are massive. The reception always hands out goodie bags and arranges competitions.
Absolutely loved my first year at Pablo - so much so that I have rebooked a room for my second year! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are big enough to make into your own little home for the time that you stay. It's in a great location, with 4 supermarkets in walking distance.

RAAHHH ngl this crib is kinda mad styll. These endz have a whole never level of vibe when the mandem motives go live you know what im sayin. No cap this place got sick drip. The design is bare futuristic n that. Feels like mans in 3020. Costs bare p's but mans got his own shower so totally worth it. The bossman and his staff are calm as well. 10/10 certified cop. Would recommend.
Pablo Fanque House is perfectly situated in the heart of Norwich, close to shops, food and transport links to the university and train station. The building is very modern and provides lots of social spaces for students to meet each other. The staff are extremely friendly and are always looking for ways to interact with students, for example hosting talent shows or doing competitions for prizes. I wold highly recommend to any student looking to study in Norwich, I wouldn't want to choose anywhere else!

Words can’t describe how my time here was as there where so many great time from flat party's and DJ playing up in the kite loft what the staff put on for us with loads of drink and food. The team who look after this property are fantastic they really make you feel welcome and at home with any problems you have from issues with your room like a blocked shower (mainly my hair 🤦♀️) to personally, they always make time for you. With all the halls about this one is the only place I’d stay.
I really like it here at Pablo. First impressions you get on the outside run all the way through the property. My room is nice and modern, the area is nice too. There have been some really fun times here and I hope I can come back next year
Fantastic location in the city centre with all the shops just a quick 5 minute walk to the shopping centres, the building clean modern and amazing themed of a circus, the staff are always on hand to help who also go the extra mile. Highly recommended staying here to anyone.
The Pablo team were always so friendly and would always have a chat when you came into the lobby. Dealt with any maintenance problems straight away and social spaces were always clean. The rooms are fab and so are the kitchens. The city location is perfect and I had the best experience at pablo! You get to meet so many more great people!

People might think that Pablo Fanque house is overly priced but i would say the property management and the interior design, location is definitely worth the money. All the shops are like 5 minutes away from you, you can get any takeaways in the city, staff are very friendly also.

It’s in such a good place in Norwich, with amazing facilities and very good staff, always go the extra mile to make your uni experience enjoyable with putting on different events. Rooms are very nice and spacious with double beds and the kitchens are very modern.

Really loved this student accommodation. The staff are really friendly and helpful and James the manager was great in helping me through the covid sarger. Really enjoyed the events and special treats that they would leave on the front desk. The kite room has some amazing views and was great for social gathering and meeting everyone (when we could anyway). Am sad to be leaving, but recommend to anyone thinking of where to stay.

Pablo was a great place to stay while in Norwich. Within the city centre so great access to restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs. Property was well kept and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly. Staff were all great, helpful and super friendly throughout my time there.

The accommodation is extremely modern with great view over looking the city, the staff are great so kind, caring, helpful. What’s extra nice is they have an open door policy so they always there for a chat or even if you want some advice about anything. The building is kept extremely clean even the kitchen where they come an do an inspection to make sure all areas are clean. Always having events going on (pizza days the best). Would recommend this accommodation without a doubt.
Great staff, great building. Social spaces are open, inviting and always clean. Access to city is unrivalled; market is nearby, as are the gyms, various restaurants and bars. Rooms are good size, big and accommodating. Kitchens are also good; the ovens and hobs work well and fridges are big (this does make a difference). Staff are welcoming and due to its proximity to the city centre, there are always takeaway options available which is a massive plus. Great accommodation overall.
I have lived in this building for the last two years and can genuinely say that it has made my time in Norwich much more enjoyable. The location for starters; not only is it right in the middle of the city (in close proximity to the market/shops/malls), it is also a minute's walk from the bus stop that goes directly into campus, with a bus coming just over every 5 minutes. The management is also great; James, the property manager is a laugh and is always up for a chat, as is Pete, the PSA. They both clearly take pride in their work and look after the property well; it is always clean and they put on events/activities for residents as often as they can, which also speaks to the social experience Internet is a big plus, despite some issues in the past, the ethernet connection is very stable and fast so doing work/playing games etc is easy and non-problematic. All in all, it's a great quality building; great location and good value for money. Would recommend 10/10
Superbly located, clean, light, welcoming accommodation with excellent, caring staff who we know by name and who go the extra mile in ensuring my student daughter with autism is well looked-after and always has a friendly wave each day. The team at pablo was great help from the very first moment with amazing help with booking a room as they allocated my daughter with the same age range, course and year with any questions we had they where able to help. Through out her time there they done so many great events that they posted on their social media page so was able to see some pictures of her having a fabulous time. They also gave us such peace of mind with her safety, would highly recommended this accommodation.

A stylish accommodation that tailors well to students, both young and mature - location is very nearby to several shops and bars and a short 20m bus ride to UEA. Staff are very friendly and approachable when it comes to any queries and problems within the accommodation too.
Covid-19: They provided a place to talk to members of staff if isolation has gotten to students and allowed for third term leases to end if students wanted to spend isolation away from Norwich. Also had additional staff to clean the accommodation to prevent contamination. They are handling the covid-19 outbreak very appropriately in my opinion.
I would say maybe people might think that Pablo Fanque house is quite pricey but considering the most friendly management team I have ever met, location, and the quality of the rooms, it's definitely worth it. I love living in the middle of the city and it's so convenient.
Covid-19: implement government guidelines, created activities such as word searching for just eat vouchers. Making sure our safety and wellbeing is well-kept and looked after.
Pablo is in a great location, the rooms are lovely and look smart. Security are at reception all day and night so you know that you are safe and if you have a problem you can tell them. However, I’ve had multiple problems with the kitchen inspections. I cleaned my flat kitchen every week with another one of my flat mates as no one else in the flat would. I asked them multiple times and so I felt like I became the flat cleaner and it took up a lot of my time. But if I didn’t do this it meant getting a red on the inspection and then having to pay for a cleaner to come in. I don’t think it’s very fair at all. More should be done to ensure one flat mate isn’t left to feel like a cleaner in her home especially with lectures and assignments going on at the same time. Pablo has great social space and you’re guaranteed to make friends as everyone sticks together as we are the only ones that live in the city at uni. And you’re so near clubs and bars in the town that social life really is great.
Covid-19: I’ve been staying at Pablo during the outbreak as my home town is very close to London and cases are very high there. Staff members have been very kind and polite and made me feel like I had someone to talk to when I was the only one left in my flat.
I’m a student at UEA. This accommodation has worked perfectly for me, only a short bus journey to the uni and you have all the benefits of being in the city. The staff at reception are so lovely and welcoming and always up for a chat, they really do take care of their students welfare, not to mention the treats they put at reception for us at a weekly basis. It is lovely new accommodation with a lovely sized bed, study space and en-suite. However for the amount we pay it would be nice to have a professional cleaner do the kitchens ever month or so, therefore it’s not just out cleaning so we know the place has a deep clean as well. But I’m all honestly I’ve loved this accommodation, it has great storage spaces, closeness to amenities and uni, it’s perfect for students!
Covid-19: Pablo Fanque has done as well as they can for their students. They had worked hard negotiating with the accommodation owner to take into account the changes of financial circumstances to their students. I was not impressed by the length this process took by the owners (not Pablo fanque house individually) as it caused a lot of anxiety for many of the residents and parents of residents. However the outcome couldn’t be better as everyone’s changes in financial situation has been taken into account

Pablo Fanque was a great place to live while studying in Norwich. With a central location within the city it was great for socialising while also have easy links to the UEA campus. All the staff there were lovely fixing any issues that arised quickly. The social areas, especially the top floor offered a great area to have party’s, movie nights and just hang out with friends. Would highly recommend as a place to live for anyone looking to study in Norwich.

Pablo Fanque was probably my favourite accommodation to stay at during my time at UEA, I was one of the first group to stay there and loved the size of the rooms, the location and the staff! Whenever I had a problem they were more than happy to help, they handled an incident very early on swiftly and smoothly and made me feel safe in the building for the rest of my time there. They would always say hello to you if you passed them, would be there to solve any problems even if it didn’t involve the building (e.g trying to fix my laptop) I can’t fault them! The flat sizes didn’t always make you feel like you were stepping on each other creating your own space from people but if you wanted to be social there was a big sized area in the kitchen to socialise (was you don’t always get sofas in on campus accommodation). Oh and the loft is the best place to have a party - can’t buy views like that anywhere else in Norwich.
Covid-19: I wasn’t there during the Covid-19 outbreak but have heard from UEA forums they have been good at assisting people during this time.

Staff are very friendly and on the ball. Very professional in providing the best service for the students in the building offering socials welcome to everyone and snacks at reception. If we have problems with are rooms Peter will also fix them in no time. Would highly recommend due to the perfect location situated near all the shops in the centre of the city and premium accomodation.

The accommodation is a little pricey in comparison to UEA on campus ones however it is worth the money. The staff are friendly and are always there to chat about anything and everything. Having such lovely staff makes me comfortable to talk to them if I have a problem. Pablo Fanque House accommodation is very modern and stylish. The two social areas (The Kite Loft and The Darby room) are perfect for group work and just to chill with your friends. For my first year at university I was worried about being off-campus but I can say I prefer it. To get the university it is so easy, just a 10/15 minute bus journey with a regular bus service of every 10 minuets. For food shopping it is situated a 5 minute walk from a Sainsbury's. Overall I have really enjoyed my stay here and will continue to for my remaining time.
