Ive lived in this place for 6 months already, and I have not had any bad experiences. Jade, is one of the staff that works at the front table and she is great, she remembers everyone that lives in the building and is extremely friendly. The only issue is the lack of washing and drying machines for the whole building, plus the fact that its been twice that they have shut down. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes away from the city centre and the train station.

The management team is terrible and unhelpful. The apartment maintenance has always been slow.
nice rooms and privacy, good location for shops but there are accommodations closer to the uni. maintenance issues are fixed a week later which is bad for the huge prices you’re paying for this place. puts on social events but only international students attend really, and they tend to clique together, so not a social environment if you’re looking for that. nice friendly staff, nice freebies at the reception but the maintenance is an issue. sometimes they just say wait and see if it gets better when they come and it just continues so, weigh up your options. not living here next year because of the prices, but a nice experience for second year if you’re fed up with a shared accommodation, just look for cheaper options first, a big dent that’s too high in my opinion.
It’s an amazing property with great facilities and it’s at the perfect location.

Phenomenal rooms, great facilities, and absolutely amazing staff members that make you feel like you’re part of a family! They also regularly organize lovely events, such as easter egg hunts, which adds to the experience! Additionally, any issues (such as maintenance) are sorted in no time! Absolutely exceptional! Would highly recommend this student accommodation!
