It has been a wonderful experience at iconinc the edge. It has everything you could ask for such as a gym, cinema and breakfast everyday. I personally enjoy the monthly events that they organise and it has been a great opportunity to meet new people. Not to mention the friendly staff who are always enthusiastic to help out. Truly the best student accommodation anyone could ask for! All things are taken care of by the most humble and friendly staff and the ongoing monthly events are the icing on the cake! The breakfast and the cinema room are my personal favourites at IconInc. Special mention to Jesse, Jason and Kyle for making my time in IconInc stress-free and wonderful. Friendly staff, very well-kept and clean spaces, lots of places in the building to hang out with friends, very good internet, only a 20min walk from the city centre, I've lived in several halls and private rentals and this was definitely the best place

Great experience. I spent over 3 years here, and throughout them all Iconic has been a great accommodation. The day and night staff are excellent and always ready to help. The social spaces and events are great to both study and hang out in. The gym, inside the building, is incredibly spacious and well equipped. The building is also well located close to both the University and the city center. Management, whilst dissapointing a few years back, has changed and is now up to par with the rest of the experience.

The staff were all very welcoming and iconinc like a big family. Every corner of the flat was clean and I enjoyed staying here. What impressed me the most was the activities that were held at the flat. It was really fun.

I am very happy that I chose ICONINC, the staff here are very welcoming. The reception place is very bright . The parcels are always received and kept in an orderly manner. 24 hours free coffee, tea is provided. Some interesting events are held every month, such as movie and pizza nights, yoga classes etc. The recreational facilities and equipment are also quite extensive. Gym, billiards, sauna, cinema, PS4, SWITCH, etc. are available for the use of the tenants. The only downside is that it is 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from the LEEDS business school , however, there are Tesco and COOP supermarkets not far from ICONINC, so can buy daily necessities without going to the city centre.

It's a very clean, tidy and beautiful flat, with lots of activities and free breakfast and vegetables, and the staff are very friendly and have helped me a lot in my study abroad.

Everything is perfect! The team are great especially the overnight security/reception staff. The only thing that I personally found less than 5 star was the combination microwave/oven.

It's been almost a month since I checked in at Iconinc - Edge. I really like it here. First of all, the studio environment here is really good and it is very comfortable to live here. Second, the service here is first-class, the staff are very warm and friendly. Thirdly, the control of the epidemic is strict here, which makes me feel at ease. Fourth, there will be some interesting activities held here, yesterday we got a delicious chocolate cake for free! Also, the gym here is huge, but we need to book it because of Covid! It's really great!
Neat place! The staff are super nice and caring and really makes you feel at home. Breakfasts are awesome and really enjoy the free veggies once a week. The facilities in this place is what makes it great IMO with an awesome gym and study spaces. My room is super cosy as well and quiet. The only negatives really are the washing/cleaning facilities and the waste bins. The washing machines are run by Circuit Laundry just like all university accommodations (basically are a monopoly) and it really does let this place down with its stupid high prices and really bad washing. It would be great to have another company instead. Regarding the bins, its a shame they dont have any recycling at all. Because of COVID theres a lot of plastic being thrown away every morning from breakfast because of safety (which makes sense), but its all being thrown in the bin. Bit of a shame really. I think this is the only reason why I wont give it 5 star. Would defo recommend to anyone!
This accommodation is excellent. It has everything I need and the staff have been very attentive and pleasant. Definitely recommend it!
I am going to say that the last place I lived was quite complicated. There was no reception. Late night parties and people being rude thinking I was listening to loud music though it was the ground floor. Over in IconInc The Edge NONE of this happened. I was treated with respect by both staff and tenants. I was not ignored nor made to feel like I was asking something outre. All requests and complaints such as a light fuse would be taken care of ASAP. When you are an international student at the time of COVID19 pandemic means you need support and also well a helping hand. I got that from IconInc The Edge. The sofas and environment are amazing. They even adding a new cooking extension and 24/7th coffee and teas and PS4s to p[ay games in. To the Staff: David, Tom, Michelle, Elias, Leon, Nathan, Jodi, Charlotte, Tasha, Frank, Peter, Stevie and all. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Love to you guys.

I absolutely love my room, it has everything I need. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A well fitted out gym, awesome cinema and nice amphitheatre. The WiFi is in and out but generally good. As someone who needs a quiet residence this is perfect - very little noise at night and they have a good noise policy. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay here for another year.

After some research, we have decided to book an apartment at IconInc The Edge for our daughter, who started studying Medicine. From the moment we showed interest, went through the booking process and she moved in, the process was smooth and extremely professional. We can’t thank enough the staff, David and Oliver, who helped us in every way! The facilities are excellent and extremely clean. Due to the pandemic, we were concerned about safety, but they made sure they took all necessary precautions. The apartments are comfortable, clean and have everything one needs. Also, an added plus is that it is very quiet, as essential when students need to catch up with their sleep and focus on their studies! We are extremely pleased with our choice! Definitely a champ. Everything was perfect from the start. I secured my spot at IconInc The Edge without having done a viewing beforehand but I got everything they offered on their website; the free breakfast, gym, cinema, etc. In terms of its proximity to the University of Leeds, it only takes 15 minutes tops by walking. The access to the bus is effortless, there are several stops near The Edge, and it takes only one ride to the city centre. The room itself is quite spacious for one person, the bed, bathroom, kitchen appliances, I must say exceeded my expectation. The building is sparkling clean, they have people who clean the site every single morning. The staffs are also amicable and helpful; if you have any problem with your room you can call the reception with the phone available in your room, and they will try to solve it as soon as possible. I can't thank IconInc for a fantastic year in Leeds.

The pool is too old and need to be replaced. Some of the staffs are very good and always show positive attitude while some are not very professional when they seem unhappy. The price is a little bit high compared with some new flats in Leeds cuz they have better location and lower price like Symons and Oasis and new vita.

Iconinc the edge is like my home during this year. I always feel warm and welcome since I moved in here. Alice cares about me and helps me a lot so I am really appreciate it. She also encouraged me when I was upset. All the staffs here are so lovely and sweet. Ryan and David are both cool and handsome. I can chat with David for one hour when I just came to collect my parcel. It surprised me that we could had such a good time. There's no doubt that Iconinc have luxury facilities, environment and breakfast. The feeling of happy and the sense of security in my heart when I live here is much more attractive for me.

The apartment is very comfortable, warm and in really good condition as the building is very recent. It is also very close to the University of Leeds. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Great experience!

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, 24-hour coffee/tea, breakfast provided every morning. Comforting to know that there's someone at reception at all times.

This is absolutely a perfect 7 stars student accommodation. The staff here are very kind and nice, they can help you with everything as soon as possible. All the facilities are regularly cleaned by the cleaners. Also, the free breakfast and coffee are the best. Besides, they offer many activities every week. The gym and the cinema are totally nice. And you will never find such a great accommodation in Leeds. I promise. I feel like at home. Iconinc is like a big big family for me. A huge thank you to Iconinc The Edge!!!
Covid-19: From my own experience and my friends' comments, Iconinc the Edge is the best accommodation that doing great during the COVID-19. The staffs are really kind when seeing we wear masks and they provide many anti-bacterial handwashes in every corner of our accommodation. To protect us away from any unsafe factors, they even don't let any visitors in. I feel really welcomed, safe and warm in Iconinc the edge. They performed so perfectly than others. I heard that the reception in Cityside is not available during the COVID-19 outbreak.

I have to say ，choosing this accommodation is one of my best decision here in the UK！the decoration both for room and public area are in good taste and incredible clean. the facilities are fully equipped，and I use the cinema，gym and study room every week. the staffs are really really nice！they are willing to help you as well as chat with you（this is particular benefit point for Chinese students who wants to improve your speaking skill），they would like to share any info you need and treat you as their friends. Moreover，they are all have passion to think about how to improve the environment here and often ask your feedback about the new facilities and other feelings. Also I really enjoy everyday‘s free breakfast as well as the fatalistic free hot drinks here. when you rent a car，parking is also quite convenient. really loving this place！
Covid-19: during the lockdown，some other student accommodation cannot provide the parcel collection service while our Iconic continue provide us a 7*24 service！also they are trying to protect us during this situation by not allowing external visitors in，which is very quite reliable！also when I feel upset because of this situation they would like to console me and my friends as well. feel so happy here！

I think this is the best place for students to live in Leeds. Good accommodation, warm-hearted staffs and best service.

Because under the influence of some noise at night recently, I didn't sleep well for consecutive nights. I can't tolerate this anymore because it really affects my physical and mental health badly.Then I found the reception early in the morning, it was Tom at the reception duty, he has a record of my appeal, and try to help me.The second day is David on duty in the daytime,after know the situation Tom conveyed to him, he also tried to help me to remind tenants next door, here I would like to give special thanks to the reception of Tom and David, they are very nice and are very responsible for work. At the same time, I’d like to thank to the reception management team for taking measures after receiving the request. I also want to give thanks to Alice, the reception supervisor. She handles problems efficiently and is a responsible and competent supervisor. So I would like to write down this experience to express my gratitude and hope that the company can award the people above.
Covid-19: Yes, they conduct a strict measure to limit visitors outside coming in and do cleaning everyday.I think it is helpful in this hard time.

The best accommodation that I have ever lived in, quiet, clean, the internet was perfect, the location as well, also, there are many facilities in the reception which I really liked the most, and the staff was friendly

Too expensive for what they provide in comparison with newer, nicer, and better located student accommodations. Management is very weak and slow, but staff are friendly. Location is bad due to the amount of insects in the area due to the mini forest behind the building and due to the dreadful stairs you have to climb up on the way to uni. Social spaces are staff friendliness are the only upsides to this accommodation as vouched for by everyone who lives here.

I was very sceptical about moving to this accommodation after my first one. A lot of promises were given and I was worried that it would be a situation of all talk and no action. But they pulled through on every single thing they advertised and I was pleasantly surprised. Iconinc provides a standard of living that most student accommodations tend to not have and has such a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around it. I have made life long friends here while also living in luxury. It is also a very short walk to both the city centre and the university and honestly, I don’t think I could have asked for a better place in leeds to live.
