I rebooked to stay here, and I must say the change in management has been a game changer. The new manager has truly gone above and beyond to make the experience exceptionally smooth. One of the standout improvements is the fantastic new refurbishment. The flats now have a modern look thats ascetically pleasing and comfortable. The location is incredibly ideal and convenient. I look forward to my continued stay.

As someone who has just left this place after living in this accommodation for a year, I'd say trust me it's not worth it. Old management didn't care enough to maintain the place, it's now in terrible shape. New management is making changes, but they're mostly superficial, so it helps with nothing. It's gotten much more expensive. They're not really replacing all the appliances - so it's not great. I lived in the newer flats in the last couple of weeks, honestly no better than the older one I was in. The fridge in the 'renovated' apartment was still the old one from the original management and was smaller than the one I had in my original apartment. So many inconsistencies, they still had dirty carpets in the room and what not. Don't recommend it. Recent google reviews are very honest (as those are the people that lived there in the same year as me) - do look at them too.

charging £740 a month for this place is ridiculous and not worth your money. I arrived to a broken fridge, burnt carpets, cracked and stained walls, as well as a shower that wasn't screwed into the wall. This place needed repainted and thoroughly cleaned. the only redeeming quality about this place is how close it is to Leeds arts university, until you account for the fact you have to go up a steep hill every day which makes the journey so much more difficult than just walking for an extra five minutes from a different accommodation. dont go here, save your money and your mental state

I had no idea it could get that bad in a private accommodation site but they keep surprising me! Long story short; no amenities work, I have been without hot water since I moved in in September and it's absolutely impossible to get anything fixed. The entire building is gross and filthy; bathroom sink is below my waist (i'm 160cm); tap water ice cold and splashing everywhere; the furniture is on the edge of falling apart; there is no toilet seat, the toilet was broken when I arrived and they left me for 3 days without a fix; no recycling at all; the wifi mostly doesn't work; the reception is only open 10am-4pm on weekdays; no-contact with on-site staff; 10 pounds fee if you get locked out of your room; the lift mostly doesn't work; they burn trash outside and leave the fire unattended ffs! The staff are rude, indifferent and extremely unresponsive.
