The accommodation is lovely the staff are very helpful I would definitely recommend too people too stay here . Keep up the good work .
I was happy living at this accomodation. It is close to my studies and made lots of friends. The cleaner comes to kitchens is very friendly and reception is the best
I had no idea it could get that bad in a private accommodation site but they keep surprising me! Long story short; no amenities work, I have been without hot water since I moved in in September and it's absolutely impossible to get anything fixed. The entire building is gross and filthy; bathroom sink is below my waist (i'm 160cm); tap water ice cold and splashing everywhere; the furniture is on the edge of falling apart; there is no toilet seat, the toilet was broken when I arrived and they left me for 3 days without a fix; no recycling at all; the wifi mostly doesn't work; the reception is only open 10am-4pm on weekdays; no-contact with on-site staff; 10 pounds fee if you get locked out of your room; the lift mostly doesn't work; they burn trash outside and leave the fire unattended ffs! The staff are rude, indifferent and extremely unresponsive.
